McDonald's — Restaurant in Sanger

Every time I come here its the worst. today was the last day ill ever go back. There is a girl named Angelina I believe and she needs to be fired ASAP. I don't know who hired her but that was a mistake. Once she gave me the wrong order and I had already eaten some fries out of the bag but i realized how somethings where missing so I told her and she told me to show her the bag so I put my half eaten fry back in and she looked at it all confused and said "Did i give you this" I told her yes and she said oh my god my bad and gave my the right bag then today the same girl was in drive thru and she gave me my bag and I always order 2 cheese burgers with no onions and the wrapper to the cheese burgers and a little white paper stuck on it that says "No Onions" like always but when I open the cheese burgers they both had a whole pile of onions then I also ordered a happy meal and all she gave me was my first bag then said "Okay have a good day" and closed the window so I stayed there knocking on the window and she opened it and said what happen and I told her "you for got my happy meal" and she said "oh ya I forgot" then gave it to me but I didn't realize the onions in till after I had left. this happens around 4:30 pm on November 1, 2019. So I had to go to the McDonald in Selma and they got my order right like always. The people who prepare the food and everyone else need to pay attention more often because they don’t know if I had an allergy and I would of just bit right into my hamburger thinking it didn’t have onions because the wrapper said so and I could have...

I go to this McDonalds about 2-3 per month; mostly for my kids; sometimes through the drive thru, sometimes inside. Inside isn't as clean as it should be, by company standards, particularly around the beverage bar and seating area. (I was a manager at McDonald's near their corporate HQ years ago. QSC-V!) As far as service- I have stood at the counter for assistance and had workers repeatedly make eye-contact with me and walk right by without helping. In the drive thru, the condition of their signs is fair, at best, and for gosh sakes- fix the speaker!!! The speaker in the drive thru has been barely understandable for several months. It's not uncommon to have to drive around to the first window to complete your order. (Don't they have a facilities maintenance worker?)

Quality is on par with other McDonalds I have been to. Occasionally the french fries are poor quality from being cooked in a fry vat with old grease that needs to be filtered or replaced. Sometimes the fries have just been sitting around when new ones should be cooked and served. (I'll never understand how stale fries can be served during a 'rush'.) This has happened at every McDonald's I have ever been to though.

I will continue to patronize this McDonald's mostly due to its' proximity to my house. But, McDonald's needs to step things up a bit, particularly at this location. Whether corporate owned, or franchised, there is a lot of competition in the fast food industry and this location does not represent...

I visit this establishment almost every day....ice tea on a hot day is great. For the most part its friendly and fast service. I have on occasion noticed its not kept up on the cleanliness side. There have been times it smells a little less than okay and there seems to be a lack of clean up around the soda machines especially. Over all i gave it three stars because there is room for improvement. Its been here for a long time and it has allot of regulars and coffee drinkers early morning who are friendly and that ads to the ambiance. So i have downgraded the stars and my willingness to recommend this McDonalds. The employees have become increasingly rude ove the last year. I've heard foul language used by team leaders up at the service counter on several occasions. I'm also so sorry to say that they have gotten my orders wrong on more than a few occasions and I've personally seen this happen to quite a few other customers. I remember the McDonalds of old where customer service was most important and they aways made it right with a free drink or fries. Seems that's long gone. I used to love thier sweet tea but have stopped going for it, since half the time i get unsweetened and the other half it tastes watered down or like coffee is mixed in it.
