Totally disappointed in Dutch Bros in Sanger, California! What I thought was a delicious treat became a plastic nightmare. I found these plastic shards in my daughterā€™s golden eagle. Her and her friend shared this drink and only took a sip each. I thought they didnā€™t finish it so I saved it for the Next morning little did I know the first drink I took down the hatch the second one my whole mouth was filled with plastic shard and about a 30 minutes to an hour after my stomach started to hurt. Please, everyone be cautious when you drink your drinks at this Dutch location!

A very great spot for some energy drinks and coffee. Be sure to get the app and enjoy the benefits. Also, the staff is friendly and pretty quick. This coming summer, be sure to be polite and patient because they have to be out there and taking orders accordingly. Remember, they are humans too so don't lay your emotions get the best of you with the heat. They have seating outside and they have plenty of parking. They also have two lane drive-thru. Cheers ! šŸ§‰

He licks the cup clean! šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚ Our coffee was good. I've learned to come get my coffee and ignore the service at this location.

Today was our first day trying the new Dutch Bros in Sangerā€¦ we waited in the drive thru for MORE THAN 2 HOURS!!! It was absolutely awful. I have never experienced such slow service. When we got to the window the employee cheerfully let me know the wait was because the air quality is so bad. I checked and the air quality today is moderate... Every employee is wearing a KN95 mask as well so the air quality excuse for not taking orders outside while goofing around inside is a little frustrating. Anyways, I hope the owner is able to come up with some kind of solution to this problem because I tried backing out of the drive thru 30min into the wait and there was no way to exit which is concerning if there is an emergency of some kind. Poorly ran and thought out...

Would give zero stars ordered a freeze today so my kids could share a drinkā€¦. They gave them a breveā€¦..!!!!!!!!! Even when I specifically asked for a FREEZE (none caffeinated kids drink) Didnā€™t know till after when I looked at the receipt..!! This is sooooo unacceptableā€¦ I let my 2 and 3 year old share thisā€¦. Now Iā€™m absolutely freaking outā€¦ And yea before you come at me saying ā€œweā€™ll why would you get ur kids a drink at all they are so sugary..ā€ Iā€™m aware Iā€™ve never boughten them a drink before ever I thought this would be a cute first time experience get a drink share it with them and get a cute sticker my toddler would love thing.. obviously didnā€™t end...

I usually come here during the evening to get my golden eagle. Yet lately, I always seem to have a negative experience. Estevan is always so rude and it is not appreciated I feel like he snatched the money out of my hand when I handed him the $6 dollars and 25 cents. He actually thought I was going to get out of my car to pick up the quarter after I clearly handed it to him with the quarter over the bills and on top of that I waited about 30 minutes for 1 drink. That is not okay. This type of behavior is unacceptable he must need more customer service training. I just feel like he has something against me because he always seems to have a...
