Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Santa Ana

THIS PLACE TAKES ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE TRUST. I ORDER A LARGE PIZZA I GOT THE DELIVERY IT WAS CHARGE TOTAL OF $23.17 IT WAS OK MY SON RECEIVED THE PIZZA HES 16YRS OLD. I WAS EXPECTING THAT TOTAL I CHECK MY ACCOUNT STATEMENT ONLINE LIKE ALWAYS TO SEE MY BALANCE. THEN I SEE PIZZA HUT CHARGING ME $27.80 I ASK MY SON IF HE PUT $5 AS A TIP. HE SAYED NO. IM MAD BECAUSE NOW IM WONDERING THEY DONE IT OTHER TIMES BEFORE. I ASK WHAT ARE THEY GONNA DO AND IM BEEN TOLD WELL WE ARE JUST GONNA SUGGEST THE DELIVERY GUY NOT TO ACCEPT TIPS FROM MINORS. THEY DNT WANT TO ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR EMPLOYEE IS STEELING. UNTIL THEY TALK TO HIM. BY MAGIC I DNT THINK IT...

I ordered 3 medium pizzas and a order of bread sticks online with my reward points at 2:30 pm and wanted everything at 4:45 pm so I could pick it up after work for dinner for me and my family. I show up a little after 5 and the guy that helped me looked at his computer and saw no orders under my name. He then talks to his manager that tells me the order has been cancelled!! By them because I can only order one pizza per day and I ordered 3. What!!!! They never called me and told me anything! I even have a email saying my order will be ready at 445! So i guess they make there own policy and the app just lets you think your all good with ordering 3. And I lost 675 points cause they canceled my whole order... and my points...

They always get the deliveries wrong. This time the dinner box got tipped over in the delivery process and the wing got sauce spilled and soaked the pepperoni pizza from underneath. Called and the girl who answered said they would give me credit. I then told her my kids weren't going to be able to eat it with the hot sauce all over the pizza, since it is the burning hot sauce. Puts me on hold without telling me again and says they will deliver the other pizza in another 30 minutes and to return the other one with hot sauce with the driver. So by the time the we get our other half of dinner for the kids, my wife and I will be reheating our portions I guess. "Great customer service!," said none of this pizza...
