This review is for the Ria inside the grocery store. My mom came in as usual to pay the electric bill with the bill in her hand. She gave it to the clerk named Ana. Ana proceeded to check her phone constantly throughout the interaction and guess what. She sent the payment to the Gas company instead of Edison! Now we have a late payment for our electric bill and there is nothing that this company can do to help us. Ana stapled the receipt to our electric bill so we went back to show her what she did and see what could be done, and of course she can’t do anything about it. This is so frustrating that because this girl was distracted on her phone while working we have to pay 2 months of electricity. There’s no way to get the money back and they just say oh well we can’t do anything about it. Do not come here! Don’t risk your bills in the hands of someone who clearly doesn’t care about getting things right and only being on their phone. Save yourself the headache and hassle that...

Last week I bought 2 pieces of sweet bread .99 cents each plush a lot of other stuff.. Checking my receipt later at home noticed a charge of $4.98 for a product I did not buy, everything was in my receipt except those two pieces of bread meaning they charged the breads (.99 cents each) at $4.99. Since I lived quite a bit far from the store I did not go back neither I call I just wait until I'm back, that usually is on Wednesday or Thursday (by the way the store is by my work). Come here to get Turkey carnitas. For some reason at this location they never have any yet they advertise them. The woman behind the counter in the hot food section by the name Roxana, is super rude and condescending, every single time. I had to ask the cashier about the Turkey carnitas and let her know that her coworker is super rude and always appears to be in a bad mood.
