UPDATE ON MY REVIEW - I'd like to share my over experience with this store. I ordered a product but what I received in the mail was not what I ordered. I returned product for a refund. I was told I wouldn't get one for sending back different product then what was originally sent (witch wasn't true). After almost 3 months of dealing with the business I contacted my bank to start the back charge process. After my bank did their investigation, I was able to get a full refund on the original purchase.
Thunder Audio tried selling me a different item then what I ordered. Got caught doing so.

Read moreI am very pleased. I ordered a Subwoofer which, over the last few months I have had difficulty locating one. I was little skeptical given past experiences with some other places, but they had it Shipped the day I ordered it, and, if it wasn't for a mix-up on UPS's part, it would have arrived in 2 days.. which is impressive. Other places have told me this particular item is on back order for months. I contacted the owner about the UPS issue and he told me that if it came to it, he would just send me another one and file a claim with them. Thank you, again my friend.

My previous one worked great for 15 yrs or so, so knew I wanted another one. Lucky for us Jerry had a discontinued, but new in box same model.
