Most of time this location gets it right. However tonight was terrible and bad enough to leave a review. I tried to order online for delivery from the app which told me it was temporarily down and that I had to call the store. I told the store it was down and asked if they could give me the two med coupon same as online. She said yes. I proceeded to order and when she gave me the total it was clearly not the same amount. She then told me she could not give me that same offer and had ordered me a large one of the pizzas instead of a med with a small coupon so I just agreed to pay more plus gave a tip. She said it would be here in 35-45 min. 50 minutes went by so I called. I got an appology that said they have been slammed and waiting on a driver. I told them I really don't want pizza that has been sitting in a warmer for an hour that I'd like it made fresh. She asked me to wait so she could check on it and I hear her yelling someone's name to go deliver and she comes back to tell me that it was just made and the driver just left with my order. So the pizza and breadsticks I also ordered arrived but the driver didn't give me the marinara. I didn't realize it at the time to ask. I went to open the large most expensive pizza and it's literally the ugliest pizza I've ever seen (see photo) and appeared to be missing the cheese on almost half it it. I have to be honest and put this store on the map by saying how exquisitely eloquent respectful considerate genuine sincere and heartfelt welcoming attitude Sharla the store manager has I lived in Santa Clara for about a year and a half I've never had one problem with this store or ordering anything and if there was a mishap immediately they corrected it without losing a customer they focus on specifically doing things right in the first place hence no need to ever correct anything I want to also thank Sharla 🙏🏼 for being such a great personality I believe she deserves to run a district not just a few stores let alone a raise you guys are so lucky to have her personally I would hire her as my assistant for my business but she's too committed to her job hahaha so my loss your game Dominos make sure you reward this woman somehow someway I'm not trying to tell you how to do your job but I've been into customer service sales and restaurant business for over 20 years and the type of service that she provides her customers with is impeccable thank you I look forward to coming...
Read moreWorst pizza ordering experience ever. If only happened once i could say ok, bad night, but its now seems to be a common theme. Last night 12/27. Ordered for carryout, after 50 minutes and tracker still says in prep i call store. “Dominos, what!?”. I ask why my order hasnt been made. “I dont even see your order, hang on, i found it” i ask when will it be done. “It’s going to be at least 45 minutes before we get around to the likes of you! The likes of you!!. Are you freaking kidding me. Who treats and talks to people like that? Oh i know punk kids who have no respect for anyone. Time before that, tracker says in bake, arrive at store only to find out, after waiting for 30 more minutes, been 1 hr now since ordered that it was just put put in oven total time 1hr 22min . This store at night is not run properly and they are rude and don’t make the pizzas correctly, what ever happened to quality control.
