Do NOT come to this place so I can come whenever I want without a crazy amount of people. We were nearby, so we came for lunch to try, and don’t even PLAY WITH ME!
We ordered the Vegetable Fried Rice, Cantonese Shrimp Dumplings, Fresh Cucumber Salad, BBQ Pork Buns, Pork Potstickers, Shanghai Pan Fried Soup Dumplings, and the Vegetarian Mapo Tofu Noodles. For Chow Mein and the Mapo Tofu Noodles, they offered hand made noodles for $1 up-charge, so we got that! Don’t judge us, we’re sampling everything, duh.
Everything came out at a great speed, and everything was incredible! We were dissociating from how good everything was. The dumpling options have so much flavor, are juicy, and the dough and filling ratio is perfect. The Pork Potstickers are so juicy, they honestly could label them as soup dumplings. The entrees with the handmade noodles were amazing as well, it definitely had a perfect texture, and the Chow Mein had incredible flavor, no need for additions. The Mapo Tofu Noodle was incredibly flavorful aswell, and the spice was so interesting. Not too spicy where you can’t taste anything, but still a satisfying kick. The Cucumber Salad was phenomenal aswell, everything was so balanced, it was perfect.
Overall, everything was incredible, the flavors were perfectly balanced, not oily at all, and perfectly seasoned. The service was great too, the front house woman was very sweet. This spot is small but mighty, they’re knowledgeable in dumpling and noodle making, even making it next door where you can see. This place is super underrated, 10/10...

We stopped by around 6 pm to order for take out and we were not disappointed! Despite being dinner time, it was not as busy as expected, which was shocking.
We ordered A22 (cucumber + black fungus salad), E5 (honey walnut shrimp), H15 (kung pao chicken), H21 (Mongolian beef), J1 (shrimp and pork wonton soup), K7 (Dan Dan noodles), and L8 (beef spicy hot pot), all for takeout (total was ~$125). IT WAS DONE WITHIN 10 MINUTES!! Honestly, I was shocked when the person taking our order said 10 minutes.
The honey walnut shrimp and kung pao chicken were an absolute hit for my family. The portion sizes were great and both dishes were delicious. I would say my least favorite were the Dan Dan noodles. I've had this dish one other time at another restaurant and it didn't taste the same. Lastly, the wonton soup would be perfect for the winter nights and/or those kicking a cold.
This is my second time at this restaurant, all for takeout, and I would definitely come back! For the price and taste, it is...
Read moreOrdered take out during shelter in place. Hubby and I ordered stinky tofu, pot stickers, and the spicy beef noodle soup. We had called to place the order and had picked it up in twenty minutes. The ladies they hired to make the dumplings were next door, wrapping dumplings at lightening speed. By the time we brought the food home, the food was still hot. An order of stinky tofu had ten pieces along with a side of picked cabbage. It came with a sweet soy sauce and chili sauce. Pot stickers were tasty. A little small and the wrapper was a bit thick. The filling inside was delicious and juicy, it was like eating a pot sticker but had the filling of a soup dumpling. The best part of the meal was the soup noodle. It came with beef shank, bok choy, and black wood ear mushroom. The beef shank was extremely tender but the most delicious part was the broth and the noodles. Noodles were chewy and we managed to have left over. The middle texture remained the same. It didn't become soggy or mushy. The broth was equally as delicious... Perfect pair. I can do without the meats...
