Rylu's Bistro — Restaurant in Santa Clara

Wow! That’s all I can say. Just wow. First off, we walked in and it was such a home feel. We were greeted kindly and shown to our table. It was our first time coming and definitely not our last. We looked at the menu and saw so many good options. They had some specials for Swiz Days and decided to try the Alpine Board which is an appetizer. It had sole unique items in it but definitely were tasty. We then decided to get the burger and the chicken sandwich. The bun on the burger was very warm and firm. It definitely help hold things together. The burger was a little spicy, it had just the right amount of jalapeños. The patty was cooked to my liking and was exactly what I asked for. Overall the burger gets a 10/10 from me. I recommend it to any burger lover out there. The burger came out with a salad or chips. I went with the salad and also loved it. This is amazing! A cute little place on main street with indoor and outdoor seating and a garden out back that they tend for a farm to table experience. This is a family run team and the wife is a classically trained French chef. The husband and their son took care of everything we needed and checked on us frequently. My son and I enjoyed a lunch that was perfection from beginning to end! Everything we ate was made from scratch and perfectly fresh, seasoned well, and presented beautifully. I had the house salad and the biscuit/cornbread and my son had the grilled cheese that quickly made the top of his list. The chocolate and caramel cheesecake was scrumptious! I have since gotten a few lunches to go. Today I returned and had another amazing meal outside on their front porch in perfect weather. I have been all around the world and had amazing food but this little place in Santa Clara rivals that! What a gem we have here in southern Utah.....support local...

Rylu’s Bistro is hands-down the best food in Southern Utah! This was only my second visit (I hadn’t been since it opened), and it was absolutely worth the wait. We ended up ordering almost the entire menu, and every single dish was phenomenal. The freshness of the ingredients was remarkable—you can tell they source and prepare everything with incredible care.

The Chef’s passion and expertise shine through in every bite. You don’t just eat at Rylu’s; you experience the art of food. Our server made it even more special by personalizing the entire evening. She could tell we were there to indulge in great food and made us feel so valued and welcome—it was like dining with an old friend who happens to be a pro!
