Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Hello I eat here and order here a lot. Usually it’s pretty good but tonight was terrible. I was waiting for 20+ minutes because some lady ordered 3+ giants or whatever. I see Josh like maybe a quarter of my visits and every time he gives good service but isn’t the nicest. Do these guys have some policy that doesn’t allow them to put other peoples orders in front of big orders or something? I just came to get a regular Italian, I was hungry and short on time. After a while I just had to cancel my order and go somewhere else. I expected in and out service like usual. Today it was slower inside and the staff were also making sandwiches slower which is understandable but come on. You can’t keep a person waiting 20 minutes+ to even say what they want. I ordered a couple minutes before I left and they still didn’t even start my sandwich, they went onto onlines… maybe the lady in front of me just should’ve put in her...

After a long bike ride thru Santa Clarita Valley, we had lunch at Jersey Mike's for a victory sandwich...and what a fantastic sandwich it was!!

We ordered a large roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese but made like a Philly Cheesesteak on the grill with the pepper and onions. Added lettuce, extra tomatoes, pepperchino peppers, avocado, a little of their special relish, mustard, and mayo. Also had it Mike's Way with the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano (I think thst is what it was). Also had a refreshing glass of iced tea but no chips.

The service was friendly, quick, and made to perfection. This was absolutely one of the best sandwiches we have consistently had at Jersey Mike's and this was exceptionally delicious!! We couldn't eat it fast enough.

The customer service needs improvement. I was in the middle of my order when 3 young ladies came in, they were waiting their turn when the guys making my sandwich asks them if they had an order for pick up, they said yes it’s a catering order, instead of saying, OK, I’ll be with you in just a moment or asking the person who was doing something behind him to help the ladies he stops my order and tends to the other people. So I decided to leave and not buy anything. This is clearly rude and not good...
