.....So I went here for my birthday May 16, 2018 had by far the best burger EVER! I bragged to everyone about this place because I just needed everyone to understand how great the burgers are. So I've been thinking about the burger for awhile now so I go back (yesterday) 5-29-18. I didn't eat all day because I just wanted to save my appetite for this great burger. I got off work got to the bar told the server how excited I was to have the burger again, she was so sweet and very engaging I decide to get the hangover burger again and a side of onion rings to go. I ordered the burger without lettuce and tomato, w/grilled onions and jalepenos same thing I ordered the first time. While I waited I had a beer and watched whatever game was on, the atmosphere was still very chill and I loved that. So I get my food go home and I take the bun off the burger because I love bacon and that's the first thing I look for. I realize there was no bacon and my onions and jalepenos weren't grilled like the last time so I call and speak to the server and just ask what normally comes on the burger because maybe I was mistaken. I then let her know there was no bacon on my burger and the onions were not grilled. She apologizes and I just felt like sorry doesn't fix this so I just ask what happens now? Can you fix this and she suggests grilling my onions and giving me bacon for my burger and I was confused so I tell her that's not going to work because my whole burger will be cold with hot onions and bacon so I tell her I just want a whole new burger, she agreed to do it however it seemed as if that's not something they normally do, and I would of took the bacon and onions if I was dining in, but to come all the way back just for that wasn't going to fix the problem so I said never mind and I was just going to eat the burger but I couldn't so I just called back to get my money back and took the burger uneaten as well. I was very polite the server was polite but my burger had me so upset because I was excited about it, not saying they dont make great burgers because they did, hoever for me it's like hit or miss so maybe in the future if I ever go back it'll...

Nice quaint bar and grill. I ordered the 5 piece buffalo wings with sauce on the side and half order of fries. The fries were nice. The wings were nice as well. I was staying at a friends house to catch a flight the next morning and wanted something to relax with beforehand. I had 2 IPA beers on draft as well. Slept well afterwards as I just arrived at the friend’s house from the East coast in the afternoon. The bar was quite busy when I got there around 8 pm....

I love Marci’s. I go every time I’m in town. Delicious food, great drinks (even better now that they have an expanded bar), amazing company (the regulars are a hoot, very welcoming) and fantastic entertainment. A hidden gem that is down to earth and modest. Laurie is an amazing bartender and the life of the party. I highly recommend dropping by and saying hello. In fact say hello...
