Vincenzo's Pizza of Saugus — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Horrible Horrible Horrible food did I mention how bad the food is? Well it's HORRIBLE!!! Online it says they have landshark beer. They don't. We ordered a meatball sub and boneless wings. Two things I didn't think it was possible to severely mess up. First the meatball sub disaster... the sub comes out already falling apart on the plate, in an oversized footlong sub roll that was so stale the bread was flaking off of it there were 3 microscopic meatballs covered in what looked like 3 pounds of greasy oily melted cheese substance. Which can only be eaten with a knife and fork however there not available. At the bottom of the tray is a pool.of oily grease and regret. Now for the sub par boneless wings. They only Come in hot sauce that you can't get on the side ,for that matter you can't get any sauce on the side besides ranch or blue cheese. Two of the worst concoctions ever. So the wings come.out dried out and hard slightly warm apparently they make them inadvace and toss them in hot sauce then cover them until someone happens to order then then they dry them out by heating on a flat top stove until they are hard and crunchy to the point of being inedible. The beer is flat and warm. I seriously hope this place goes out of business soon And a real restaurant takes its place. I specifically asked for bbq sauce and or honey mustard and was told it was not available. This is a horrible restaurant that I wish covid had shut down. They should be ashamed to call this food. I would not serve it to a dog. Silverware is not available anywhere and the slop that they serve definitely needs if you intend on trying to ingest this swill. I should mention that they are outrageously over priced, I mean come on... $27 for a meatball sub ,1warm beer and boneless wings? This is the most expensive fast food you would be better of paying more and going to a real restaurant. DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED...

Vincenzo's Pizza is my favorite pizza place! I've eaten at/picked up/had delivered from Vincenzo's Saugus for at least 20 years, amongst their previous locations. The pizza itself is exceptional, high quality and plenty big. We ordered my favorite the other night, the Esperienza, and we were not disappointed. The toppings were fresh and plentiful.... The dough...is one of the highlights which separates this pizza from other places.. I love the thin, slightly crisp, base holding all the toppings.. then you get the real treasure.. the pillowy fluffy "handle", that I call it. There's some seasoning ever so slight on the crust that makes it all good. This is definitely a 2 handed pizza slice, and the pizza is all the better for it.

Also ordered some chicken wings which turned out really good. They are sauceless wings that are seasoned to perfection, slight spice to them. They were meaty and flavorful.

I'd have to say the service is good here... The guy who took our order didn't seem to want to be there... He wasn't rude or anything, just kinda there to do his job. When I went up to order pizza a little bit later, the lady counting out the till seemed much happier, energetic and eager to assist us.

Overall, Vincenzo's is still my favorite place.. it's too bad I don't live nearby any longer, but I always visit when I'm in the area - like the other night. I go out of my way to visit the Saugus location because I've always felt the food is better at this one.. I've been to the other SCV locations and, while still good, there's just something about this location that makes it...

I'll start positive. Wings are my favorite. The pizzas are ok. They definitely are big but yes the do have a gigantic ring if crust around them. So pizza and wings are worth a try. Now my issue with this establishment is on their special pizza of the week. It's priced great. But what's the deal with forcing me to keep a topping on it. Like I get what you're saying, but I'm saving you that money on toppings. I wanted the sausage and onion, but hold the onions since my daughter is allergic. So their answer is NO pick them off ( i told them my daughters allergic) or we can't do that and we have to charge you full price. I thought that was pretty rude answer. So the food is OK but the service experience was rude and could be...
