Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

So I placed an online order for pickup at 4:10 pm and I head over to pick it up after getting the notification to drive up I head over pull up to the drive thru as instructed tell them I'm here for a pick up the lady working the counter says" ok can you pull off to the side( there was no one in line ethier so i dont understand)and wait ill bring your order out when it's ready" so I pull into an open space wait 5 mins go by someone pulls in to go inside another 5 mins later a car pulls up orders another 5 mins the 1st car leaves as another is ordering another 5 mins the person that went inside is leaving with a cup in hand indicating they went in ate and now is leaving mind you now I've been waiting 20 mins right after the 2nd car that pulled up is leaving so I go in and walk up to the counter and the lady that asked me to please wait " hi can I help you?" Me: really I've been waiting 20 mins now. "Oh I'm sorry...." someone from the back cut them off and started speaking in Spanish from what I heard I partly heard and understood " the order was...." I really couldn't understand after that then I said " Dios mio" then my food which was sitting there apparently Oh this is your orde here you go. Management here is an issue...... cuz this isn't the first time it's happened posting now...

I been coming to this location for years I have always had good experience nothing but 10/10 customers service from the manager Claudia but lately I been noticing the lack of good experience and recently I seen that they have had a change in Manager . She was rude to me when I asked for the special on the California burger she raised her voice at me and came me attitude once’s I pulled to the window when I asked to speak to the manager she said I was speaking to her they also changed crew members I believe, I loved the old crew members they were talkative and friendly they were why I kept coming! I won’t be coming back to this place that has bad management. Then they also parked me up and came me my food after 20 minutes the fries weren’t even hot and they forgot my kids meal. 1 out of 10...

Very disappointed order the chicken strips always with criss cut fries and yesterday was the first time I realized the charge you for the chicken strips and then they charge you for a whole order of Criss cut fries when that should be included in the meal very disappointed I felt like that was a rip-off and felt like now they've sold a lot of my money because if I wanted to order just as plain order of Criss cut fries I would do that but I do get fries with the chicken strips can I just listen for the Criss cut fries like $10 just to order chicken strips and fries and now that's going up to stop other than that it's good place but that's I felt like a rip off and that was...
