La Michoacana Classic — Restaurant in Santa Fe Springs

Customer service and attitudes from the employees are ghetto and disgusting. We wanted to buy some tostilocos and we asked to have the pork grinds on the side because my sibling can’t consume for health reasons but another family member wanted it. Despite us paying for it, they refused to give it to us on the side even if it was on a napkin and did so with an awful character. The guy with the hat kept giving an unprofessional and ghetto attitude talking back saying he can’t do it without providing any form of explanation. The same happened when we wanted jalapeños on the side. The purchased goods come with these items already either way. We did not care if they gave it to us in a napkin if they had too. We are paying for it regardless but they still refused to give us our paid items.

People , don’t come here, you’ll be treated like garbage and they won’t care for any type of customer service...

Came here and ordered fresas con crema and was very dissatisfied. La Crema was watered down and had no flavor. I asked them if that's the way it usually is or was there something that may have been overlooked for why it was so watered down but was retaliated in a defensive manner and givin back partial of what I paid for the food when I confronted them about the full payment of what I had paid they said they had forgotten what they had charged me I immediately pulled out the receipt I had and I showed them the difference and ask how is it that one item can have two different prices if it's the same size. Again frustrated and mad the money was pulled out of my hand and then finally given the correct amount. I really wish I could have had a better experience or even tried something different but with that type of attitude and service I was left with an unpleasant feeling to even return here to buy...

Love this place! Great service, friendly staff and one of the better varieties carried than most other La Michoacana's I've been too from near Los Banos to Santa Barbara and in-between this location has it all. And this place is well kept up and very clean!

They also offer a rewards membership type thing where you get points on your purchases that will eventually end up in some nice discounts and free ice cream as well!

So if your in the area (near the Walmart) in Santa Fe Springs off of Telegraph stop by!

Ice cream is so damn good and very vibrant in flavor! As I mentioned a great variety big flavors (they actually have blueberry Ice cream on a stick as well as kiwi and get this, avocado! that's right , 🥑 avocado! Haven't braved myself up enough but to try that one!

One thing that I don't get is that the place is Called La Michocana Classic NOT La Michoacana Premium as it says on google...
