Inconsistent coffee. girl working this morning seemed irritated to be there. 2nd time with her straight up lying about my drink to my face. (the first was the first time i met her, when i ordered a banana redbull drink ‘no cream’ she handed me the drink, which obviously had cream in it, and said it was the color of syrup. i’ve been a barista for 5 going on 6 years and never has my banana redbull come out foggy.) today was my last day going, not that they’d care. my order was a Medium iced white chocolate americano with oat milk. paid, tipped. was handed what looked like a cup of watered down oat milk. i asked her “ does this have coffee in it?” she replied “it should.” like she didn’t make the drink? i don’t know. she did rectify with putting what she said was an “extra shot” but still wasn’t normal as she has Definitely...

I found this little shop a few months after I moved into the area. Everyone here is so nice and helpful, as I'm one of those who ask for opinions and best sellers and different flavors all the time. I've never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision and the customer service and products are always excellent! I work shift work I usually stop by omw to work for the night shift.
