My experience has always been great. To the people that complain about “outrageous” prices…go get a Combo at any WB, JITB, BK, MCD and tell me how much you paid for it. If it’s less than $15 you are lying, and the quality is hot garbage. Fresh, never frozen burgers and hand cut fries cost a lot of money to produce, and they are so completely undervalued at Hubcap. You can get a $6 half pound cheeseburger every Monday from open to close….the meat itself costs about $4+ a pound wholesale, never mind the bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, mayo, labor, electric, water, plumbing, gas, and other bills.Thats insane! In conclusion, Hubcap rules and if you’re comparing prices to fast food, you’re an idiot, as you’ll pay more there for absolute poison, as they buy crazy bulk quantities of cheap and crappy product that is literally poisoning you and...

Love the galveston location but will NEVER be back to the Santa Fe location again we ordered our food and asked for mayo in a cup not in the packets and they proceeded to say the kitchen is too busy to put mayo in a cup and they could only give us packets then when speaking with the manager or who ever the guy was that came out of the kitchen he tells us well I can tell you right now this is not the place for you at all and said we were being rude to his staff when all we asked was for a cup of mayo we were never rude to anyone the staff told us they didn't work in the kitchen and didn't know how they handled things back there and they are too busy to do anything about it so we sent our order back and left they had 10 people in line what happens when they actually get crowded they wont be able...

Nice atmosphere, and the staff were great. On the expensive side for what you get. Chicken strip basket (fries included), two burgers and having to order fries separate, with two paid drinks and a water came out to nearly $55.00. The burger was just ok.. I’ve had better, but have had worse also. The bread sucked. It crumbled apart while you were handling the burger. I ended up just eating the burger patty after about half way into it because there wasn’t much bread to hold onto. I’d go back and give it another try at some point though.
