**update** sopes are great too! To get here, turn north on Thomas, access is only over here.** Oh man, I was drawn in by their 🍎... the food was wonderful. I’ve been working my way down airport, eating at every food truck. This is the first I really loved, I had a huarache with asada. Fresh, huge and tasty. The woman running it was super nice, the food took a few extra minutes but it was so worth it. I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing, I’m stuffed. I’ll be a regular here. Look at this beast! Yum!

Our food truck of choice for all of Santa Fe. Husband and I are both vegetarian and order the sopes and huaraches. This is some very great food I would recommend regardless, but to be honest; I love the food so much that it's my go-to for eating while completely zooted off my rocker. The women who work here are also very friendly and accommodating. Give them a big tip!! They deserve it.

This was a random stop on my way home while passing through Sante Fe and was absolutely delicious! I got a pambazo and was not disappointed. It was a huge sandwich with a side of fries. It had amazing flavor and was so big I couldn't eat it all. My teenage son finished it off for and said it was gas! I highly recommend!

We just left and I had to immediately post a review. If you're a fan of authentic Mexican cuisine, you absolutely need to check out Master Food Truck. This food truck offers an experience that goes far beyond typical street food; it’s a genuine taste of Mexico you won’t find anywhere else. From the moment you step up to the window, you’re greeted by the warm and welcoming owner, a kind woman whose passion for cooking is palpable. It’s clear that every dish she prepares is made with love, and that love shines through in the flavors.

The food itself is unlike anything I’ve had in the past. You can taste the freshness in every bite—whether it's the perfectly seasoned tacos, the rich and tender carnitas, or the vibrant, flavorful salsas that accompany each dish. The flavors are so authentic, they transport you straight to a local taquería in Mexico, making every meal feel like a true culinary journey. The tortillas are soft, handmade, and just the right thickness, holding all the toppings and meats together perfectly.

What really sets Master Food Truck apart is the attention to detail and the authenticity. It’s not just the ingredients; it’s the care and love put into each dish. The owner doesn't just serve food—she shares a piece of her culture and heritage with every meal, and it’s impossible not to appreciate the care she puts into her cooking.

If you’re craving Mexican food that is a step above anything you’ve tried before, Master Food Truck should be your go-to spot. It’s a place where the food is not only delicious but deeply connected to tradition, and where the owner’s heart and soul are in every dish she serves. Simply put: this food doesn’t compare to anything...
