Oh man, I was drawn in by their 🍎... the food was wonderful. I’ve been working my way down airport, eating at every food truck. This is the first I really loved, I had a huarache with asada. Our food truck of choice for all of Santa Fe. Husband and I are both vegetarian and order the sopes and huaraches. This is some very great food I would recommend regardless, but to be honest; I love the food so much that it's my go-to for eating while completely zooted off my rocker.
