Update After coming here for a bit now, the food is still really good and made fast. They now accept card! I would usually get double tortilla because the tortillas would be fairly thin. They are now thicker tortillas that seem like they are homemade and thick. It definitely adds a flavor of authenticity and makes the food taste that much better. I definitely recommend this taco truck (plus the barbacoa tacos) and make a trip to it whenever I am up in Santa Fe.

Read moreGot in a fight with the fiancee as she took over half an hour to search for a place to eat as we passed through Sante Fe on a road trip, only to still not have decided on or even mentioned a suggestion by the time we had already passed 7/8's of the way through town.
Sulkingly, we stopped here, a pitiful "food truck", decided on by a dice roll instead of some Yelp research project.
To spite our pouty moods, we were graced with the best spicy pork and steak filled tortillas we've had.

We watched another individual place an order directly after us and he didn’t get his food while everybody after him did. Not sure if it was because he was African-American but they seem to be more friendly to Spanish...
