*Update* After coming here for a bit now, the food is still really good and made fast. They now accept card! I would usually get double tortilla because the tortillas would be fairly thin. They are now thicker tortillas that seem like they are homemade and thick. It definitely adds a flavor of authenticity and makes the food taste that much better. I definitely recommend this taco truck (plus the barbacoa tacos) and make a trip to it whenever I am up in Santa Fe. Great food and quick. Only downside is they only take cash.

My family picked out this food truck for us to grab dinner, so I wasn't able to research ahead of time. I should have suspected trouble when I saw the menu misspelled torta as "tora." Also, my Cubana sandwich had hot dogs in it. Not making this up. One of the only bad meals I've had in Santa Fe.

Got here, ordered a spicy pork burrito, drove back home and ate it. Discovered that it’s the best burrito we’ve ever had. Drove back, and got another burrito. As a tourist we will not be back soon to Santa Fe, but this burrito will stay in our mind.

Got in a fight with the fiancee as she took over half an hour to search for a place to eat as we passed through Sante Fe on a road trip, only to still not have decided on or even mentioned a suggestion by the time we had already passed 7/8's of the way through town.

Sulkingly, we stopped here, a pitiful "food truck", decided on by a dice roll instead of some Yelp research project.

To spite our pouty moods, we were graced with the best spicy pork and steak filled tortillas we've had.

Was great.

Better...

Decent food. Felt rushed and they seemed to not like answering questions I had about ingredients. Menu wasn’t clear because it’s doesn’t state what’s included on plates. The Chuleta said it had pork but it was beef. He seemed bugged because we talked in English.

We watched another individual place an order directly after us and he didn’t get his food while everybody after him did. Not sure if it was because he was African-American but they seem to be more friendly to Spanish...
