Boba House — Restaurant in Santa Maria

I’m giving it 3 stars because although the food was actually really good and the Thai tea was probably one of the best I’ve tasted in Santa Maria, the lady who was taking my order was very impatient and kept trying to rush me while I was deciding my order. I though that was rude and lacked customer service etiquette. Additionally some of the vegetables tasted old or had been sitting for a while and was fixed with fresh meat and other ingredients. Every time we order a to-go food , We have to wait very long. I think the restaurant should hire more people to work so that the customers don’t have to waste time to wait for 45 minutes sometimes even 1 hour. It is very frustrating to wait for about 30 min - 1 hour during lunch time for one item order. I plan not to go there anymore. I give this place a three star because of cleanliness and prompt service. Food is tasty but saturated with fillers. They had a good flow of ”to-go” orders, and maybe we ordered the wrong food. The General Chicken had an overpowering thick sauce, and the Egg flower soup was watery and not your typical Chinese soup.
