HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My father and I paid a visit to the Estrada's location by the Pathways Church off Mast and Carlton Oaks this last week. We had 2 items in our order, chiliquillies and a destroyer breakfast burrito. As we ordered the credit card machine asked to tip the cashier prior to any service being provided. Being long time patron of this establishment I figured, why not. So I tipped the girl a few bucks. So we waited for our food, waited, waited, and waited. About 5 minutes after we ordered, we watched 4 Hispanic Landscapers come in and order 4 entree's, side, etc. After about 20 minutes we were growing impatient and hungry, then we watched each worker in this restaurant individually serve the 4 landscapers their entree's, sides, drinks, and everything else in their order. About 27 minutes had passed by this point, and I asked the girl who I had tipped earlier what was going on? She lied to me and told me that the chiliquallies took longer to cook. Uh rice, beans, red sauce, and eggs over tortilla chips? Usually takes any other restaurant 15 minutes on a busy day. How could 4 full entree's take less time to cook then our small order? Wow, suddenly it hit us and we felt this establishment was deliberately discriminatory towards us. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE last visit, I been a few times, but last visit maybe late one! Waited very long time for good , when I got it- it was the wrong order! Then they guy there wanted to give me the food from the lady that had just walked with mine! I have no idea if she had already touched her food or ate some! When i told him that was inappropriate to gove me food someone walked a way with, he have me an attitude, then i waited for food the be remade- only to get the WRONG order AGAIN! Went to the farmers market in this parking lot and stopped by here. Heard that the meatball soup was popular so we ordered that and fish tacos, chips and guacamole.
Didn’t realize that they charge a full bag of chips. It came out in a small brown bag. The guacamole wasn’t as fresh as I liked. Fiancé said the fish taco was good. It was big. Albondigus was flavorful and meaty. It was a big container not the half size. It came with two flour tortillas, rice, onion and cilantro for you to make your own taco.
