Hsu's Hunan Yu — Restaurant in Sappington

This was my first visit and I found the location through a Google search. I did see one reviewer's comment that when they want Chinese, they only come here. I looked at the menu choices and saw that there were meals for vegans, and that convinced me to choose them. I ordered sesame tofu and a side of plain fried rice. It was prepared perfectly and was one of the best tasting dishes I've ever had. I ordered online but had to call in with some modifications because there was no option on the site to do so. That is my only issue, and it's such a simple thing to fix or work around. The prices seem to be pretty reasonable, especially compared to others in the area. Took over an hour an a half for delivery, called twice after quoted delivery time only for them to tell me its already on the way..2 times..it was on the way. Food arrived ice cold and just inedible. We order from here at quite often and was our go to favorite Chinese. When I called again to let them know how bad the food was I just kept getting put on hold then hung up on..quite disappointing. If there is only 1 delivery driver don't send our food and multiple other orders to be delivered at the same time to the point that 90 min later there are several orders sitting in the back seat of a car, cold and still not delivered. We ordered online, the website said a 30 minute wait, we got there right at the appropriate pick up time only to be told that it was going to be another 30 minutes. We then waited a full hour from our order time to be told it was going to be another 10 minutes.
