Great service! Great coffee! Great food!

Came in for a coffee and breakfast foods with the fam today; service was great despite a sudden busy rush. They handled it like champs; however, unfortunately they had to deal with someone that was very rude and demanding, because her coffee didn’t come out quickly enough (she wasn’t waiting long at all…)… she was pretty rude to them. Out of the 3 locations I frequent this is by far the worst! 3 times now I’ve ordered a hot venti tea and the lid pops off as they are handing it to me and I’m scalded with hot water. I’m not sure if they have faulty cups or if their water is to hot and causing structural issues with the cups but it absolutely ridiculous. This does not happen at any of locations. One of the best Cortados I have had. Wife said her Pink Drink was great. All the food was great. We got a turkey sandwich and few bacon egg and gouda sandwiches. Staff was kind and helpful. Fast service too.

Update: I’ve been inside several times now. One of the best Starbucks to spend some time in. Comfortable seats. I’m enjoying their new refill policy for dine in coffee. Staff has gone out of the way to be friendly and accommodating.
