Placed a mobile order and the line was a little long. Waited about 10 minutes in line before I got to the window and when I did the first thing I saw was the ice cream cone we’d ordered sitting there. They were still getting our order together so after another five minutes they hand us our drinks, then the food, then tried to hand me the melting cone. It was already lopsided and starting to drip. I asked for another one and the staff proceeded to visibly complain to each other after that. Just because I asked for the cone to be remade! Then they apparently proceeded to just knock the top of the cone off and refill the same cone because when I got it and removed the paper from the bottom, surprise surprise, the cone was soggy and dripping from the bottom!
I try not to complain at restaurants or fast food places because I know the service industry is stressful but the attitude and quality of food I received without even being disrespectful was completely...
Read moreI visited this location on 8/16/25 around 7 PM, and the drive-thru service I received was extremely unprofessional. The young woman at the window was short, unfriendly, and handled the interaction with an unnecessary attitude. She demanded payment without a greeting, closed the window abruptly, and then practically threw my food at me.
Drive-thru service is usually simple — a greeting, stating the total, taking payment, politely handing over the food, and ending with a short goodbye. None of that happened here. It may not seem like much, but basic courtesy makes all the difference. If someone is having a bad day, customers shouldn’t have to absorb that through rudeness and hostility.
I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this reflect poorly on the business.

Read moreI always enjoy a blizzard. But I never get to come to DQ bc it’s a bit pricey for me. But today I was able too. I ordered a New York royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I had stepped away and when it was ready I noticed it was very liquidy. I’ve heard if they don’t flip it then it’s free, there’s absolutely no way they flipped this. It would’ve spilled every where. But I wasn’t watching so I can’t be curtain. I alwayyysss finish my food, I am not a picky eater by any means, but even I couldn’t finish this blizzard. When I went up to the counter I explained everything very nicely because I hate confrontation, and was met with who I assume was the manager joking that since I had ate some of the blizzard that he couldn’t do anything about it.
