Worst experience ever. My boyfriend ordered through the mobile app and when I got there the lady said they had not received an order. I had a screenshot of the order and showed her after she rudely said he must have put the order in at another location. She snatched my phone and called her manager and was discussing then asked for a screenshot of the payment status when it was on the first picture but anyways after showing the payment status, she slides my phone across the counter and does not say anything to me if she or isn't going to make it. The gas station clerk asked me if they were going to get me straight and I said well I hope so. Then the subway lady doesn't acknowledge me and says to the gas station lady, so the order was lost and she (me) is going to have get refunded so it's like she (me) is getting the sandwiches for free. I didn't care for a refund, after 15 minutes I just wanted my food. When she finished making the sandwiches, she put them in the bag and slid the bag across the counter and I was trying to be nice because maybe she had a bad day or her manager wasn't so nice on the phone and said hope that wasn't an hassle. I honestly think this is the store that their district manager is like “oh we know this store is a terrible store but at least someone is working it today”, meaning it’s always an issue.
