My lovely girlfriend and I stopped in as it was by the security academy that I went to on Desoto road. Upon entry, youâre greeted with menus that explain and detail the Colombian food that you can choose from which is a selection of empanadas, arepas, cheese balls, etc. Today, we went with one steak and one chicken empanada each, then we split a dulce de leche empanada as well as had a coconut and cheese arepa. Empanadas Valrico not only brings Colombiaâs flavors to life with every bite, but they do so by making you feel like youâre visiting their home. Try the buñuelo, crispy outside with a cheesy, fluffy inside. The pandebono, transporting your taste buds to abuelitas kitchen. The empanadas, dios mĂo, the steak, chicken, queso, ham and cheese or the papa criolla (which will make you want to come back for more). Switch it up and soothe that sweet tooth with the Dulce de leche bite.
If you havenât been to Empanadas Valrico, you have been missing out. But itâs ok, make up for it by ordering one of each. Youâll be glad that you did....
