Last night spending money with this place! So, I decided to go in to order a fish and chicken bowl since the drive-thru was busy. While I waited for the young guy to stop mopping to take my order I noticed everyone cleaning, one older gentleman cleaning the metal vents above the food where they fry the food as he sprayed some yellow solution and continued to clean while food was being made. There was an older lady whom was cleaning the garbage and with the same black gloves on without changing them begin to make orders..so, I watched in disgust while she fixed someone’s salad and try to get somebody attention to let them know what I just witnessed. Finally, the heavy set girl that works the drive-thru with the long lashes turns and hears me saying that I didn’t want the lady making my fish and chicken bowl. She asked what? As I began to repeat myself to her the lady in the back with the same gloves she had yet to change after scrubbing the garbage with continues to make my food as though she didn’t understand English. So, after explaining to the girl with the lashes what I just witnessed she spoke to the lady in Spanish and told her what I said. The lady with the gloves replied to the girl in spanish and she turns to me to say no she said she was cutting tomatoes. Which was nothing but a lie! And she knew it!!! This time she changed her gloves while speaking in Spanish to her other coworkers complaining about me asking for her not to fix my food due to her mishandling of food. GYROS y’all will never get my hard earned money again while y’all have nasty inconsiderate people handle over priced food and not using healthy precautions! It wasn’t even even 8:30 yet and they in their cleaning like they close at 10..Y’all better wake up these people don’t care about y’all food! Better off making...
Read moreOn 6/15/2024 @ 11 pm my family went to the restuant and ordered 80.00 worth of food amoung the order was 2 1/2 lbs and 1 lbs. Of gizzards the gizzard when they got home were burnt. It was late so I called after tasting one and it was uneatable. The food tasted really burnt. I called and was told that they couldn't replace the burnt food but instead give me a 10% discount to reorder and pay again for the food.i do not understand the dm manager kept saying that the gizzard were soft and fresh we had to wait for them to be open to return it. I wasn't asking for special treatment just reach what was not cooked right. In this eco omy we all work hard for the money we make and it would be nice to get what u paid for. The establishment has been here a while and I have enjoyed along with my family eating there but since the owner no lo get comes it the store is at the mercy of unreasona le policies that basically says that they can cook your food anyway they want and to rectify it it will be at yourexpense. The food was burnt and she kept saying it wasn't burnt when they served my family so in other words the gizzard burnt themselves. Amazing . Where is the fair I didn't even request mo ey only to correct the gizzard. She felt accomplished because the returants are privately owned so screw all us hard workers who take time out to visi these privately owned institutions. Read moreListen, I get that it is fast food, but there is something to be said for basic customer service. This “restaurant” has notoriously bad customer service. The staff are slow, rude, and frequently ignore guests for their own personal conversations while guests are sitting at the window. My husband and I went to get a quick, easy bite tonight. We ordered our food without and issue except for the fact that the store was out of Oreos (no big deal, but frustrating given the craving for a milkshake). We sat at the window for longer than we would have liked, we’re given our food, but realized that the employee forgot a few things that we ordered. We sat at the window longer in order to try and get her attention, but she ignored us for as long as possible. A male employee came over and very briefly opened the window long enough for my husband to say that we were missing a drink and extra sauce for my meal. (At $1.50 for extra sauce, I wanted to make sure I got it and the pasta looked under sauced.) They were rude and felt like we had put them out with our reminder of what we ordered. The window attendant then proceeded to argue with us about how there was extra sauce despite its appearance and then proceeded to tell us that it was against policy to serve cold food - blatantly false as we have actually gotten cold food from there before!
