Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Sarasota

So we ordered from door dash but THEY are not the issues. The Popeyes could care less about their customer and especially if it's through doordash or Uber. Ok so I ordered wings mix and match deal came with 12 wings fries and two sandwiches. My man got the original cheese and bacon they just slapped a chicken patty between to buns no bacon or cheese however mine was correct so I just took my toppings and let him have it and I ate my sandwich plain, then I paid for 5 sauces 3 ranch and 2 BBQ when we call to complain her response is "oh we out of BBQ" ok AND what about the extra ranches I paid for, then I open up my wings and they shorted me one, ones not a big huge deal but ontop of all the other carlessness and oversight it pissed me off. I'm sick and shouldnt be going anywhere right now my man and I work hard for our pay. Same people making our food would be pissed as well if their food was wrong when they ordered it. I'm not a Karen but food places in Sarasota need to start doing better Popeyes was the worst but why is it no matter where I order 9 times out of 10 my food is wrong or messed up in some way. The staff was incompetent and unconcerned with poor service. The franchise has the illusion of being busy because the workers are slow at taking and fulfilling orders. I have spent nearly a 30-40 minutes waiting in their drive thru because they were unable to fill the orders placed in a timely manner. Most recently I had called an order for pick up and was told that the order would be ready in 10 -15 minutes. When I arrived (10 to 15 minutes after I had called) there was no one at the register. I and five others waited patiently while the register person decided to final return to their station. After two people ahead of me placed there orders, I went up, explained I had an order for pick-up, who I assume is the manager confirmed that I had placed a pick up order, and I paid. The order was not ready. I had to wait for other orders to be filled before they reached my order and, when they finally found the time to box the chicken, they told me they didn't have any legs (like I requested). At this point it had been 40 minutes since my call and I just asked to take whatever ever they had.

I used the drive through which was difficult in the large truck I was driving as it is quite narrow. I ordered my blackened tenders and a chicken sandwich. They informed me that I'd have to wait for the tenders to be cooked fresh. (they always are!! I highly recommend) Which I expected, but I did not expect them to ask me to go park in the parking lot and tht they'd bring them out to me. In any other scenario I don't imagine that would be a problem however at this particular location there is a median on 301 so in order to go around and pull into the driveway and have to turn right onto the northbound lane make a u-turn to go south and then another u-turn to get back to where the location is. This is very impractical and very frustrating as soon as I began to pull forward I noticed what it would be like and personally refused. They weren't very happy about that however they did oblige.
