I've continued to go to this location and I dont know why. I had one guy turn me away at noon and tell me that they don't do instore orders until after 3pm when the other kids employees get there to work. He said they only do online orders even though their lobby was open. Another time I showed up and they said they closed an hour early because they can do whatever they want because they never have a manager in the store. Tonight, I went there again and they were opened but when we drove up to the stall to get out and walk in, they turned off their lights and closed the store. It was also an hour early. I immediately called them and the boy told me that they could only take my order if I ordered on the app. I downloaded the app, but the app said the store was closed. So I called the store back and talked to the boy working and then he told me they ran out of bread and they couldn't take my order anymore. I asked for the managers number. The young man asked another employee named Mitchell for the manager phone number to give to me. I patiently waited for that number which they then hung up on me. I called back which they then didn't answer the phone. Anyways, I won't be back again!...
Read moreEpic fail on all levels. First I ordered a 6 foot giant sub for a party. I called corporate the day before to make sure advanced placed order was going to the correct location. It was. I stroll in 5 minutes before it should be ready and they have no clue what order I’m talking about. After they research their records, they found that they neglected to complete my order and said I’d have to wait an hour for the bread to bake. Needless to say, I didn’t have an hour to spare. They improvised with what I needed and it still took a while. While I waited, I happened to notice the pattern of negligence was all over the store. There wasn’t a clean table in the whole place. Every surface had crumbs! They have been open only 2 hours on a Saturday. The floor had crumbs everywhere too. I see chips and olives, not to mention the giant puddle leaking from the fountain drink stations. It’s pathetic how dirty it is. The ceiling has dust clumps around the light fixtures and the windows are smothered in handprints. It’s obvious no one cares about this place. What a sad place. Read moreThis location is easily the WORST Subway location I have ever been too, bar none. Possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been to!
There is consistently at least SOMETHING wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO, over dozens of visits across months since January: Drive thru speaker not working, go inside; We're out of flatbread (probably the most common issue); We're out of white bread (many, many times--HOW???); we're out of x vegetable; We're out of y meat; Our grill isn't working; The sandwich we get is missing any number of anything on it. OR it has like 3 pieces of lettuce. Or something like that.
Typically the bad news is brought to us by some bubblegum chewing high school girl who doesn't know the difference between loaf of bread and a pompom.
Seriously. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS???? There needs to be some serious Corporate intervention because this location is absolutely horrible.
The only reason we keep going back is because my wife is pregnant and it's the only location with a drive thru in the area. Not that it makes a huge difference, because half the time we still have to go...
