Starbucks — Restaurant in Saratoga

I would not recommend this place on the staff alone. The coffee you can get anywhere, it’s the customer service that is hard to find and this place I didn’t find it. Just a bunch on snobby high school kids as the staff that don’t have respect for the customers. I could over hear them bad mouthing customers when they didn’t think I could hear and what they were saying was pretty awful and very unprofessional. The day I went, I think it was the manager, some kid Rob or Robbie. Can’t remember, but I have never had such an arrogant, cocky, egotistical person wait on me.

News flash, you work at Starbucks. You ain’t Bill Gates so unsure why you have a holier than thou attitude when you just make coffee. Not saying anything bad about baristas, but tone it down a notch. We are people and we should be treated decently and with respect. He had none.

Just this experience alone is enough for me to never come back here and if anyone asks, I definitely will tell them to go elsewhere. Unless they want a side of coffee with a giant serving of...

Update 6/11/2024 BEWARE mobile orders might not be ready as stated in the app. Today my wife ordered online with a 3 minute stated pick up time, yet when she arrived in 3 minutes it was a 15 minute wait.

Update 1/4/2022 terrible that they say they open at 5:30 on Google maps then when you walk over there it says open at 7:00 on the door and open at 7:30 on the app and at 7:08 no one home to make coffee. I my wife wanted was a coffee before work and after a long walk in the freezing cold. The other day she ordered a non fat no foam extra hot latte and it was barely warm full of foam and bitter. So she started going to Peets after her walk. Then Peets had trouble making a no foam extra hot lattes so she came back to Starbucks today to be disappointed again with no one there. 2014 Best Starbucks ever 9:29 1/4/2022 my wife drove over for her coffee and it’s bitter. I ordered a bagel that these guys served me without any spread on the side, only found out after coming home. Was it my fault that I did not specify it?! I was having a rough morning and this was going to be my first meal of the day. So thank you for ruining it with a BAD SERVICE!

Same order, i gave my personal cup for coffee which this server even accepted but ended up serving my coffee in a plastic cup because “oops, it didnt mention on the sticker!”. I mean what is wrong with you guys! The whole reason i brought in my cup is because i did not want to waste a plastic cup!

I little focus on your job that pays ones bills would be really appreciated.
