Hot and Not Quite Ready. It’s mind boggling how a drive through pizza place doesn’t have a basic pizza ready 70% of the time. I’ve waited in the drive though line for 10-25 minutes here on multiple occasions. It’s almost as if they have no idea that by keeping the cars in the drive through moving so there is no line, that this will entice people to drive in and order. But when passers by see a long, non moving line of cars, they will almost always keep driving and find another food place.
On top of that, every last person who’s ever taken my order has acted like it’s a chore and that I was bothering them.
I don’t get it. Truly. The solution to have basic pies ready within 1 minute is so easy it’s embarrassing. Yet almost every time I come and order more than one cheese pizza it’s either a long wait, or they will offer a pepperoni pizza. This is problematic for multiple reasons. First, it costs them MORE to make a pepperoni! Why? BECAUSE IT HAS PEPPERONI ON IT,! Hence, they’re losing money. It’s baffling how this place stays in business: unorganized, not having their highest profit pizza ready at all times, oblivious to the perception of backed up cars in a line, and seemingly unaware of how to use data analytics to predict trends and demand based on time of day.
In fact, Harvard should teach a class on minimizing your profits and use this place as a Case study. It’s truly one of the most puzzling and frustrating...

Read moreDone giving this place chances. Once again the food is wrong and just plain bad. I don’t expect 5 star cuisine, but this location is wildly inconsistent. Just ordered a stuffed crust pizza half cheese half mushrooms. The entire pizza has mushrooms and it is thia d crispy. The edge with the stuffed crust is hard and most of the cheese has cooked out. I’m not exaggerating when I say the crust is paper thin.
The crazy bread is dry, yet somehow covered with enough of the cheese for three orders. Normally it’s dry with hardly nothing on it, but now it’s like they had to be trolling with serving this.
I looked the other way when the pizza was $6 and the crazy bread $2, but prices have skyrocket and the quality is in the toilet. Again, you don’t get pizza from this place because you have high expectations, yet they still find new ways to screw it up.
This location is much more convenient to me than the other one so I continue to keep trying. After today’s debacle I’m finally done. Paying close to $30 for food that is so bad it will be thrown away...
