River Boat Depot — Restaurant in Sartell

The manager at the bar is a crook. I went in there this last weekend with my family. We had a good dinner but when we were done they over charged us for the meal. Upon checking my bank statement I learned it. They over charged 6.76 which when you do the math is a 15% tip which i didn't want to give. Our waitress sucked she was never at the table to check on us except to bring the order to us. So I didn't tip then after we left they added the 6.76 tip. I don't care if it is only 6.76 that is theft and if they did it to us they have done it to more. Upon telling my co workers i found 2 of them had the same thing happen as well . Then when i called to ask about it she denied that they charged that much. My wife had to print out a bank statement and take it in there. When proved they over charged us the mng got angry and rude with my wife. She only gave us back 6.00 of it and stated it is just 6.00 why are you so worried about it .

Well if it is just 6.00 then why hassle to steal it off my debit card ?? Why make a big deal over returning it ? to the point of not believing a customer? who should always be right. and making them prove it with a bank statement ?? it is really just 6.00 or the fact you got caught stealing ?

Once again,horrible service, not only from the bartender,but also the waitress who walked by the table without any acknowledgement for half an hour before just leaving,without any service at all.bartender doesn't leave the bar & even if your sitting at the bar,you won't get service.i finally asked for my check & left instead of ordering or having another drink.she waited on everyone else & walked by my empty glass & menu 4 times before i finally just asked for my check & left.its hit or miss.the foods great if you can get service.theres a couple bartenders that are just openly rude.& then they probably wonder why they...

We started out on a positive note as we had nice seating and quick service. The food looked nice upon delivery, but went south from there. My Bleu cheese burger was a hockey puck and I gave up half way through. My wife had the Reuben which was so salty not even an extra side of dressing could help. My burger gets a 2 of 10 and the Reuben gets a 3 of 10. The waffle fries were good so no complaints there. Server never asked how our meal was, but since we left 75% of it there, they probably know what we thought of it. UGH money down the tubes on this outing. Can't come back to this establishment after...
