Apparently I HAVE to give one star in order to give a review, I don't like it, but it is what it is. Here's my experience: Upon entering the restaurant, The one employee that was tending the counter was currently serving a drive-through patron. From my vantage point I could clearly see the drive up ordering station (It's a strange drive-through). So I waited patiently for about 2 minutes. When the employee was finished serving the food to the person at the window, she proceeded to ask me for my order. Half way through the first word of my sentence she walked away, and said "Welcome to Arby's may I take your order". I then glanced over to see that a vehicle had arrived at the drive-up ordering station. She had not even let me finish ordering, and wass already gathering items for the drive-up customer. I spun around, and walked out. I was very tempted to go through the drive through, but decided instead to contact Arby's headquarters online. It has been 2 months, and still HAVE NOT received a "Sorry, this is an exception, not a rule, please accept our sincere apology, blah, blah blah" letter, email or call as of yet. I don't expect one, and will always drive past an Arby's. It's bad...

Read moreHard to fathom that the "kid" taking orders on 8/28 @6pm is who the mgmt of this business allows to interact with customers. The "kid", took my order, stated what I owed and walked away to bag another order. I put my cash down and he returned to the register and said, verbatim..."You must not want to eat, don't throw your money at me, you can put it in my hands, but don't throw your money at me!". The "kid" then turned and walked to the prep line in the back. I obviously took my cash and left. I spoke to the mgr at Pilot and advised her of the incident and she said "complaints are almost daily for that exact individual". My complaint will not go any further than this post. Based on the mgr statement, this is a regular occurrence with this one individual and nothing has been done as of yet....good luck Arby's mgmt team with the below subpar "kid" you have chosen to greet...
