Dunkin' — Restaurant in Saugus

I got free water from a person who was really nice and acted like it was no big deal. After that, the shift changed to a medium-height lady whose name I don’t know, but she was wearing a cap and so on. Then I went to the bathroom after a little while; I was there for a few minutes due to stomach pain. When I came back, the lady (the worker) was talking to someone else about how I had been in the bathroom for a while! Like, what the...?! They both looked at me with sarcastic smiles. Then I sat down, and after a few minutes, I asked her so normal, 'Hey, can I get water with no ice, please? Thank you.' She gave me a very bad attitude and told me, 'You know you need to pay for it, right?' My face was like this: 😐. Okayyy. I mean, there’s no obligation for me to pay 85 cents, but why did she talk to me like I’m a thug? Lol, very bad, awful behavior. It completely changed my view of this Dunkin’ branch. It’s such a cool place to be, but people with that kind of negative energy really ruined my day. L...

Used to be a great store but not anymore. They haven't gotten my order right once this week. Today I ordered a signature mocha latte on the app the sticker said signature mocha latte and they made me matcha. Also there is a teenage couple that hangout there all day everyday. They barely ever actually have a dunkin product and they have their devices charging all over the store, talking on speaker phone all the time. Today the guy had his pet RAT with him. I have nothing against pet rats but it's a bad look having what looks like a homeless couple with their pet rat hanging around...

This is an alright Drunkin Donuts place. My only problem is when I went there to get a donuts, some of the workers dont speak English so well and i understand they are trying their best. I asked for a donut one day and she straight up said "sorry thats sold out" I raised my eye brow and said "no its not, I can see it right where im standing".
