I came here with my husband and puppy to grab some ice cream on a nice day. It was a busy day today with lots of teenagers there for a fundraising event. When we finally got to the front, my puppy got a little excited and jumped on the counter. I apologized and I tried my best to manage my puppy while ordering. The person that helped us was clearly irritated by this in her expression but it was also more apparent when we received our ice cream which barely filled the cup. I didn’t think much of it initially because I assumed maybe that’s just the portions of what they serve for this size. However, when I saw others around us with the same size, their serving was much more generous. I know it was likely a busy day, and maybe today wasn’t her day, but please don’t take it out on your paying customers who paid full price for their ice cream. Overall, the ice cream was good but wouldn’t come back if this is the type of service...

From a customer’s perspective it’s just a fantastic business. The ice cream is consistently excellent, as is the service. Both are exactly what you’d hope to find at an ice cream stand. The hours and fantastic, and they have a longer season than any other ice cream stand I know of. It feels like the summer is extended by months.
There isn’t anything I...

Both flavors were very nice; very creamy, very milky, and they give you quite a lot for what you pay for (I think for me, I paid less than $5 for a regular scoop, and you get almost 50% more than, day, Salt and Straw, which charges more like $7). Of the two, I liked Oreo more, but the staff recommended Purple Cow, and I can see why; it's filled with white and dark chocolate chips, and they add a good crunch to the ice cream. Overall, I would love to visit again, and try more flavors.
Also, pretty random, but their ice cream melts pretty fast in the sun. It probably indicates that there are very few preservatives added to the ice cream (a...
