Can't say enough how much I enjoyed my afternoon at Jitters! My wife and I came in from Minneapolis to meet a friend so we enjoyed coffee and lunch here and everything was just fantastic.
The coffee: Awesome. I actually liked their Pumpkin Pie Latte better than Starbucks' Pumpkin Spice (and I love Starbucks Pumpkin Spice). I also tried their dark roast, black, and it was also delicious and above other similar coffee shops I have been to.
Lunch was a nice surprise; I tend not to expect much in terms of food quality from coffee shops but this place rocked it. I had Thai Chicken Salad and it was fantastic; my wife had the taco salad and thought it was great as well. Their desserts are heavenly; try to the pumpkin bar if they have it. You won't be disappointed. They also have gluten free options available.
Overall the atmosphere was extremely nice and the service was beyond friendly. It was fun to watch so many people come in and just enjoy themselves at this shop; it was a very nice experience and I'll be sure to return next time I'm in...
Read moreGreat find in small town Minnesota. Communication from cashier to barista was lacking. Saw couple mistakes at and around my table. Food was great, but not phenomenal. Gyro was flavorful and had good presentation, but the potatoes in the potato salad side were just a hair undercooked. It's great to see the chicken in the buffalo wrap had grilled chicken and not breaded chicken. It was lacking any kick that you'd expect from buffalo sauce. My kid got the three cheese panini that was really good even though it lacked the traditional panini grill lines and resembled a grill cheese instead. Overall a good experience despite the stumbles. Highly recommend over other places we saw as food options. Place was very clean and staff was very friendly. Clean bathrooms too. Management shows they take pride in their work and establishment.
Sadly no sightings...
Read moreI tried the almond joy muffin. Don't know that I've seen that one before. It was good. Nice variety of muffins and cookies. The employee asked if I would like it warmed up. Sure! That's a nice offer so do keep doing that. Unfortunately, the wild rice soup was out. The employee (young female) suggested the wild rice salad. I decided to take it after she described it, thank you! It was very good and a nice change. Only in MN! Some bits had a little kick to it which I liked a lot. Was there a shake or two of hot sauce in it? After driving by many times, I'm glad I was finally able to stop! I was surprised at the variety of food items. I thought you only offered coffee drinks and maybe a few sweets. Hope to stop in again when I'm...
