I'll keep this as short as I can. But wow....When I pulled up about 11:00PM (Taco Bell was closed for maintenance of course), both the drive through lanes and the restaurant were empty with the exception of ONE other vehicle. Which was already waiting at the 2nd window. It took AT LEAST 2 minutes before even being greeted for my order. Which I receive a "what can I get you.." so unenthused, I wondered if maybe they weren't open but they were doing me s favor... So I hesitantly order the 2 for $3 (cheeseburger and small fry) i'm literally staring at on the menu at the time and obviously a shamrock shake. He says that comes to $11. When I pull up to the payment window, another full minute passes and I'm positive I look like John C. Reilly in that GIF where he's oscillating his head in intense confusion, and when he finally opens it I politely ask to clarify "the burger and fry was still part of the 2 for $3 like on the window correct?" I get a " No. Not anymore" At this point I should have been used to it but I was still shocked.. And I say with question marks " oh really because it's still on the menu right now...?? So....?? ". And I was assured... He would look into that to find out if " they changed it on him" ... I paused for a few seconds as he hands me my card and receipt for $11 and shuts the window... THEN the fun starts! Remember the guy already at the 2nd window? Well I join him, where we enjoy The wasting of fossil fuels for 8 MORE straight minutes. I couldn't tell who was having more fun me or him but I assume it was both of us. He gets his food and then leaves a tip.. two black tire marks impressively laid down as he exits the drive-thru... And I pull up and guess what... 5 more minutes! No I'm not making this up I wish I was! And then I get a cold McDouble still cold fries and a shamrock shake with no straw.... Thank you for your time. I'll just go smash my face into...
Read moreWorst McDonald's experience in my entire life. This is exactly why McDonald's employees are made fun of and deserve nothing more than minimum wage. It's the first in the area that I've been to with those new kiosk things so ok cool let's try it out. Well first, it didn't have the option to add pickles to my McChicken so I couldn't even order what I wanted, changed my order so I could use a coupon from the app, which did not work because it wasn't compatible with mobile ordering. Then when I tried to use one that only worked with mobile ordering, sorry technical difficulties! So I went to the counter and approached what looked like a 10 year old. Placed my order and was given a table marker so they could bring it out.. after 15 minutes I went to check on it. It was sitting there in a bag getting cold and said 'take out'. Wrong. No chicken nuggets in my son's Happy meal. Wrong. I asked for no onions on my daughter's cheeseburger. It had the correct label, but in the wrap was a burger with onions and no cheese. And because they didn't mess up enough, there were freaking onions on my McChicken! That is no accident, this place is run by a bunch of jokers who make collosal screw ups on purpose, and I have reported them...
Read moreWish there was a zero star option...We ordered a shake, fries, 2 McChickens and nuggets. We waited 20 minutes for our order. At this point they then told us their shake machine was broken... could they offer a fountain drink instead. Um, no. Left with bag of food and got in truck. The fries were cold. The biggest issue is that when my husband bit into one of his "McChickens" he discovered it was in fact a cheeseburger. Same color wrapper, but wrong sandwiches. The biggest issue with this is that it was 11pm and dark in our truck. Had our son been the one that took that bite he literally could have died. He has a severe dairy allergy and we were far from any hospital at this point, on the freeway. When I called the store today to speak to a manager I was apologized to for getting wrong food, etc can they send me a coupon for the items that were wrong... do they not realize or care that their carelessness could have killed my child and maybe an acknowledgment and apology should have been the first thing out of their mouth. Forget convenience, their prices have increased to better fast food chains so you will not likely see me at any Mc Donald's again. Oh... but the...
