We ordered our food and it was cold when given to us. My daughter ordered a doughnut and was given the wrong one and when I went in to ask the cashier about it they said they don't carry that kind, but we watched them give it to the big group behind us. They then tried to convince us that that they that we meant a different kind of doughnut, but my daughter only ever gets one kind, glazed. She said to us “Oh, you mean chocolate covered glazed?”. I didn’t know there was new doughnut called that. I was ready to eat the cold burritos that they gave us because of the big group behind us and they forgot about us , but the wrong doughnut given to my autistic daughter was not something I could overlook. We were given a refund, but that doesn't give my daughter the doughnut that she wanted so she went without a doughnut. They also acted like it was a chore to give the refund and a hassle. The customer service was horrible. I would've thought that the Black Rifle Coffee Company which prides itself on customer service would do better quality control on the people they hire to run their brick and mortar stores. Also the fact that they did this to a retired vet is extremely disappointing. I have been a customer of theirs since 2016 and this is the 2d store that I have had bad customer service in (the first being in Salt Lake City). I don't recommend going there and would rather go down the road to the gas station and get coffee. Unfortunately I will be canceling my coffee subscription which is a shame because I have been a member of the coffee club for about 10 years and I will be telling anyone I know about the horrible service I received. If I could give negative...
Read moreExcellent lattes, espresso drinks and coffee. The veteran-owned coffee shop and cafe is quite unique with many authentic military items displayed and lots of cool t's. I left with a fun tank which said "A strong woman has grit and grace", which I plan to wear for yoga!
I had an oatmilk latte with spiced brown sugar powder. The espresso had a nice, rich, well-balanced flavor. It was not too sweet and they made it extra hot, just like I like it! There was no crema unfortunately. My husband liked his dark roast brewed coffee, and bought a bag to take home.
The staff is very chatty and friendly. The coffee shop is super dog-friendly as well AND they hold dog rescue events once a month... What more could you want?
They have a large outdoor seating area and a very large RV-friendly parking lot.
They offered all the non-dairy milk options! There were only limited food options, and what we got for breakfast was just ok... The bagels were spongy, like they had been microwaved. Cheese in everything, but they can remove it from some items. I would not eat there again. But the coffee and atmosphere more than made up for the food.
We would go back when we are in the...
Read moreNot sure if just this morning or this is normal. Not organized for order then making food and drinks. They didn't seem prepared to be opened. One was trying to take orders but also getting things needed in back and bringing out to stock up for the day Another at counter doing books or something. I ordered drink and sandwich. My sandwich didn't get started until 2 people after me with their sandwiches. Then they got mixed up who sandwiches was for which customer. Actually was giving my to other customer with their sandwiches. Bad on me I guess for not checking before I left, I got a turkey sandwich instead of egg. Yeh disappointment when your ready for egg in morning with coffe not turkey. Also they are pre-made and just heated up. Overall the plain turkey cheese bacon on bagel was ok but was plain and wanted egg. Coffee was nothing special, tried the Liberty Bell it was weak in any type of flavor and coffee strength. Still deciding if we'll try again, which was looking for this to be my regular coffee stop but not sure based on service and...
