UPDATE: The establishment reached out, and i very much commend them on owning mistakes and offering the refund. I took my order back in and spoke with the manager on hand. She was very polite and prompt and apologized for the debaucle last night. I will say that all the vodka fumella pies I have ordered recently were always perfect and tasted phenomenal, and the delivery temps of pie and salad were fine. I hope to try them again in the future.

The food showed up. The pizza was cold, that at least I could've heated back up maybe. But then I worried about my chicken salad with eggs..... guess what? I took the lid off and put my hand on the salad and it was boiling all the way through like pizzas were set atop it for the hour and a half it took to get a small pizza and salad to me. I can understand a lot of things. I am very reasonable. But when I call in to talk to someone and I get hung up on twice and then put on hold just to come back and say there is no manager. You know what? I do not want irresponsible kids that have no chaperone handling my food and I will be in with the food and my receipt because I will not be charged for food poisoning and poor customer service. The food is great a bit pricey. They claim they want to hear if you have problems but I tried to tell them at the register as I was paying for my food ,more than once, that I bought $10 worth of ice cream from them as I was leaving with my food and it was disgusting. It was like Styrofoam! I have never seen anything like it.. they just looked at me . After all of the money that I have spent there I had to say this,, even though I have never left a review on anyone, anywhere, before, Don’t try to tell them if you have a problem because they don’t seem to care even though they say it’s important to them, there is even a sign that says let us know, 🙄 if one person had even even listened to me, acknowledged that I was a person standing there with a valid point, I would have continued to buy food there. But because they totally dismissed me, as if I didn’t matter at all, it wasn’t even worth it to them to say anything to me, I won’t go back, and I will not refer them ever...

Pizza is pretty good now; about two or three years ago they used much better ingredients but it seems they started cutting corners so it sucked for a while. Just recently though it feels like it's been tasting and just feeling a little better, so for that reason there's a 4 star review. Also the other products they sell aren't bad, hoagies sandwiches etc.

Edit: I ordered another pizza and it feels like it's returned to its former glory. Of course there are some criticisms but they're only minor personal preferences. Pizza's great!

Update: Okay this has been going on for a while but for subs especially they consistently keep screwing up at least one order when ordering multiple sandwiches (just recently even, asked for no peppers and onions on my sandwich and guess what--peppers and onions.
