Dunkin' — Restaurant in Sayreville

This Dunkin is very busy and at one time was very good. Lately the service has been AWFUL!!! The drive-thru is the worst - they don't listen. When you arrive the order area you are most of the time told to wait a minute. Then they take your order and in the middle of taking your order they tell you to hold on again because they are now dealing with the car at the window. They are disorganized, rude and slow. What they need to do is pay attention to the customers one at a time so that they get the order correct the first time without wasting the customers time. If there was another Dunkin or even a Starbucks on my way to work other than this place I would venture there instead. They need to get new employees and find a new manager. They suck! I guess I will be purchasing a new coffee system at home because I am tired of wasting my money at this place. Oh, and I didn't even touch on the food! Stale...

Don't get bagels from dunkin. They are hard and very difficult to chew. The dough doesn't break off when you bite it. It's always tough. When I went to call this location to let them know of the situation, they picked up the phone and hung up. Rude. I won't be going to this dunkin anymore. Very sad for me to make that decision since this was one of my favorite locations but their food and service has gone downhill over the years.

Staff were unpleasant. I pulled through the drive through and was told to wait to tell them my order, then after hearing “ok” from the girls i bwgan to tell them my order for them to tell me abruptly to wait again. Pulling up to the window they did not care to confirm my order at all or tell me the total at the window or even at the intercom. When I confirmed the lady in the window just was annoyed and i did not receive a receipt. I will not be returning to this Dunkin when their staff are not keeping their standards to the same level as other stores...
