Well, this was the worst experience I've ever had anywhere, and my review history will show I am a fair reviewer. If you are the manager or owner of this place, I'd love to hear from you, because your staff need help. This is what happened to me. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches through my app. One was a meatball sub. My teenaged daughter went to pick it up. When my daughter got back I noticed that the doritos I ordered had not been included. So I wrote that off, because what're you gonna do? Then I noticed that the meatball sub was stone cold. Apparently their oven is broken? Okay, sometimes places have issues, and people have to work with what they have. Here's my problem: if the oven is broken and a customer orders a hot sandwich, why does no one pick up the phone to call that customer and ask if they want something different? I called the store irate because my chips were missing and my sub was stone cold and could not be heated up at home because the lettuce it is covered in would make it gross. The 'shift leader', instead of listening to what I was trying to say to her, told me to bring the sandwich back down to her and get something else. In fact, she said bring the sandwich back TOMORROW and they'll give me another sandwich or a refund? I told her this is not about money! I used app points and a promo code, I don't care about money. She would not allow me to speak a full sentence to her without interrupting and arguing with me, telling me it's not their fault that the oven is broken. She also then threw the rest of her colleagues under the bus saying SHE wasn't there when the order was placed and so on. The only POINT I was trying to make was that if their stuff is broken such that they can't fill an order correctly, they should CALL the customer and let them know in case that customer wants a substitute! But actually it's not surprising that they did not think to do that since their 'leader' does not even know how to listen to a customer, much less how to speak to one. I pointed out that the customer service was horrible, whereupon the shift leader interrupted me again to assure me that her customer service is the BEST and hung up on me. I beg to differ. It seems every time we wanna go in there and eat they are always out of everything. We went in today and they was out of every bread that was any good I mean you would think that they would keep stocked up and bread made then if you have only one kind of sub you like they are always out of the chicken or some kind of sauce that you only like this is the only one we have ever been to that it happens that way the other ones are always stocked and believe me we love our subway and the closest one to us is in science hill but we wont be going to it no more guess ill drive all the way to Somerset or Berea to get them for now...

I was greeted by the most hateful employee. Having not been in a while I had questions and I apologized. She was annoyed at me rolled her eyes at me. I honestly felt like a nervous wreck ordering a sandwich. The customers behind me were even saying for her to give me just a minute. I'm used to a lot of stress, I have a high stress job.
