Thank you for the trip to the emergency room!
If it was possible to leave ZERO stars, I assure you I would…I’ve worked in the restaurant/fast food business for about 15 years now at this point with that being said this was the 4th and as far as I’m concerned, The FINAL time I will ever step foot at this specific store. After leaving my place of employment, I decided to give your location another try after several similar incidents in the past. So, I ended up ordering 2 McDoubles with NO ONION, NO PICKLE as well as 2 McChicken’s with NO LETTUCE. Very simple order right? Apparently not… I made it stone cold crystal clear that I was highly highly highly allergic to onions, I get home and while I should have checked myself and that part is my fault, you guys should start hiring people that are actually competent in the head and able to do the job. I ended up having one of the worst allergic reactions I have had in quite some time. I understand that I ended up ordering shortly before you guys closed for the night And that you guys probably just really wanted to go home… However, I was the only person in the drive-through at that time. I could not be any more serious when I say I was literally the only vehicle in the drive-through So I know you guys were not busy. I could care less about the lettuce being on the McChicken I just don’t like lettuce nothing to do with my review here really. However, you guys are actually going to harm and or kill someone due to your negligence as well as Just pure laziness of the employees you have there. If you don’t like your job, quit! It’s really that simple… Just quit. Oh, while I did not receive a receipt of any kind I do however still have my Grill slips where it clearly states on there no onion no pickle due to allergies. While, I should have double checked myself as I normally have in the past… That’s still no excuse for lazy incompetent employees. Do better! I cannot be any more serious when I emphasize this… You guys are going to absolutely without a doubt seriously harm and/or injure or kill someone with the incompetence. Y’all are an absolute dumpster fire at that store. And, judging by the other reviews… I’m legitimately shocked and almost in a very strange way impressed that you guys still even...
Read moreYes, 5 stars. Wonderfully remodeled years ago, loads of parking, drive thru is quick. The busy periods (breakfast/lunch/dinner) are intense and it sometimes feels their staff is stretched a bit thin. Knkw what's great, though? Their management staff is phenomenal. Problem? They fix it - and fast. My kiddo, who worked at Noodles for a couple years said it's the menu (large, and he feels customers change orders at McD's a lot and this creates snags, delays and (sometimes) errors in your order.
I refuse to drop my rating, though, because I don't see perturbed reactions and often get a coupon. for freebies. I'm sad the all-day breakfast disappeared, but I've survived it.
Two things I love: substitute a shale for a drink, and the upsize drinks for no extra charge. Finally, a place that doesn't treat Sprite like it's a fine vodka.
I have loved the ubiquitous Big Mac my entire (long) life, while the family gets the Quarter Pounder and McNuggets...the latter improved HUGE when they changed from processed (sorta chicken) to the real deal. And some of their spicy chicken sandwiches ARE spicy!
Tip: find a friend that works at a McD's and you'll get some freebies.
Like MANY places, go in with a sense of reality. Its's McD's. And kudos to them for for providing meals that are mainstream Americana. You don't have your anniversary dinner here (ok, maybe, to each their own) but a...
Read moreMcdonalds is Mcdonalds. Typically, you know what you're in for the moment you pull up on one. The reason THIS Mcdonalds is by far the best Mcdonalds is that THIS Mcdonalds has Rachel (sorry if I spelled your name wrong; you're the best, girl!!!).
Long story short, I put in a special request (it was weird, I'm trying to lose weight), and instead of giving me sass or saying that they can't help me with it, this wonderful person made it happen for me with a smile and above/beyond kindness.
Where as I've been to other Mcdonalds and been told there's no way they can help me (losing weight takes time and consistency), this one had someone who not only helped me, but made me feel good about what I was doing.
There was even an incredibly rude guy that came in for a free cup of water and, having to wait a full 6 seconds for it, proceeded to yell at my new favorite person that she was slow! A non-customer! Being extremely rude to the best Mcdonalds employee! My only regret in this entire exchange is that I didn't set that selfish fool straight.
Ms. Rachel, I hope the rest of your day goes well, I hope you never have rude non-customers again, and I hope this finds you because you deserve it. Thank you for being awesome, i look forward to seeing you all...
