I went in on July 22. It was overall what you expect from an I-15 gas station fast food place. Yes most things could be cleaner. The staff seemed nice enough and honestly trying hard and distracted, but my comments are on the MANAGEMENT. The Blonde lady with the tatoo's and bedazzled bling bling jeans who seemed like she wanted everybody to know SHE was top dog in the place was so rude to her staff. Lady, try to remember, those kids are usually on their 1st job and trying hard (in most cases) to just learn skills and earn a paycheck. To be humiliated all day at work would just be so miserable. Try to be a better person and lead by example both in attitude and work. You left customers standing there in your messy restaurant so you can chew out some kid in front of customers, he is trying to do a good job, he even asked if he could complete the order he was working on and you said NOW pointedly, you bully those poor kids in front of people. You really need to get yourself in check. Be better, help young people be better. Lead by example. Get your hands dirty, clean your place up so they know what is expected not just stand over them barking and bullying. Help them get orders together, instead of parade around and bully a bunch of kids. I see you have help wanted, no friggen wonder. Ask yourself, would you work for YOU.. No way. Just be a better person. You will be happier, your staff will be happier and better at their jobs and actually want to come to work and the place will just be better, cleaner and fun for you and them. It will start to run on its own. But any person worth their salt isnt gonna work for a bully who makes their life miserable for their own amusement. Your #2 needs to learn management also. I see your teachings in her and I was only there for a 1/2 Hr. TREAT THOSE KIDS HOW YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED OR WANT OTHERS TO TREAT YOUR YOUNG ADULT CHILDREN. I couldn't imagine having a kid of mine working for you. Could you imagine watching someone treat your young adult child who was on their first job the way you treat those kids? Just be a better person, it is easy and will bring you more satisfaction than what you currently are doing. I promise. Or just shrug this comment off and keep being miserable, treating others miserably and spreading your bad...
Read morehad an interesting interaction with an employee named alexandria i attempted to make an order for a few brekfast sandwinches at the register only to be asked if would mind using the self order kiosk and frankly i did mind because they are difficult to navigate and often extreamly dirty because they are rarely cleaned so i stated i do mind would you mind do mind doing your job and taking an order she said no and walked away . i was still hungry and had a few people traveling with me who needed to eat after taking medications so i begrudgingly used the sticky kiosk after placing my order i returned to the side of the register to wait for my food a manager (very sweet older lady) asked if i had been helped and i told her that i was just waiting on my order and i made a comment about having a dificult time navigating the kiosk and she asked why i didnt just order at the register and i told her i had attempted to however i was turned away by her employee alexandria because she told me she didnt want to do her job and place an order she asked alexandria if that was true and she alexandria responded with "ya i said that " no remorse just plain rude and she also deleted my order from the display where the cooks get the orders from halfway through them making it i know this because one of the cooks complained to alexandria about it while i was standing there because he needed to know what the rest of the order was so they could finish it . for context they were not short staffed in any regard so there was no reason for alexandria to be so bothered by taking an order nor was it very busy the elderly lady was very helpfull and made sure i got all the food i ordered and apologized for the inconvenience the food was good but i am still very bothered by how rude and lazy that cashier...
Read moreI ordered on the kiosk and waited for AN HOUR AND 50 MINUTES. Everytime I asked how long they said they can only see the 6 on their screen. I checked my credit card to make sure it went through. I kept hanging in there because it had to be any minute, right? Wrong. Apparently the "lost" my order but didn't do anything to fix it sooner. Most people were waiting at least an hour. Burgers were just piling up and nothing was really being do e about them. Orders were coming out about every 10 minutes. The few people that got their orders had to come back up because they got them wrong. The receipts with the orders were just printing and covering the counter along with 2 frostues and 2 bags of food. People were just abandoning their orders because it took 20 minutes to get a worker to talk to them. If you are driving through, I HIGHLY suggest you go on to the next town. And then our order was missing some fries. No offer of a free anything. Thanks for adding 2 hours into our drive! It will be more fun...
