Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Scottsburg

This Jimmy John's is one of the best in the area. The food is very fresh, and the atmosphere is very inviting. The windows surrounding the dining area are a nice touch and the patio is a great place to enjoy a fresh sandwich on a warm, sunny day. The employees here work to ensure that every experience is a pleasant one, from the moment you walk into the door until you finish that last bite of deliciousness.

Why do I need to visit a different website in order to let this facility know how crappy their service is? Obviously you have countless negative reviews, including mine and your response has been the same. Maybe you should print out all of these reviews and send it or email it to the owners for review.

I’ve been to this location twice now. I’ve never had a bad JJ experience until this new location. It is THE slowest JJ in the World. The first time I was here (ordered on the app) I had to wait at the counter for over 30 minutes to get the food. Second time I ordered (app again) 15 minutes before I would get there. They didn’t start making the food until I walked in and asked. So obviously there some kinks to work out. I’d start with a decent wage so I could hire capable employees. But I know that’s now how JJ does it 🤷‍♂️ Probably...
