Starbucks — Restaurant in Scottsdale

This location serves drinks that are a rip off. 1 & 1/2 inch or MORE below the rim of the cup....Taste of their coffee drinks is like hot water & milk; no taste. This is a place where a bunch of young girls screw around talking, laughing and screaming, at times, paying no attention to their alleged "craft". My question: Like, "where's the drink, guys?" In the case of the short pour coffees, they charge you $6-$7 (+ I tip $1) but I just get 2/3 cup of coffee for my $7-$8 total. A rip!!!

And I always leave pissed - bc the little chicks here are too busy yakking to fill my coffee cup .

Not going here any more These baristas are @ SB for high school social hour, not to make expresso drinks. This is my BIGGEST gripe with SB - At least give me a safely, yet reasonably full, cup of coffee that actually TASTES like coffee plus the flavor I ordered.

When I politely mentioned this partly filled coffee cup, faux pau to them, this store's rude response was: tough, "that's the way it is, we're not changing it". My opinion, as a former barista: This refusal to fill your cup to 1/2 inch or so from the rim is just laziness; NOT a safety issue when it's THAT far below the rim. It takes a few seconds more, but be mindful, not mindless and care-less. Make the drink portion the size it's supposed to be, so ppl get their money's worth. Do not be too lazy to make a full-cup portion, like you charge for. I'll go to Black Rock or Coffee Bean instead, every chance I get...Or to another...

Okay, I’m just about done with these people. I gave them so many chances because I get it they get busy and I’ve been nice but today, naaaaah. If I order a hot drink on the mobile app, in this Starbucks it’s about 3/5 chance that they’ll make it cold coffee. So I was dealing with that since the beginning of this year. Fine, whatever, maybe destiny needs me to drink cold coffee that day. Then I order a coffee to go about 45 min before they close, then I go pick it up 10 min before they close, and I find that the door is locked but I see my drink, I knocked and the lady let me in and I took my coffee. Today was no different, but I came 3 min before it’s closed. Now I get it it’s right before they close but it’s already made, literally just gotta pick it up. I knocked but 3 ladies in there didn’t “hear” me. Pffft then the most pity thing I witnessed this year, one of the workers glanced at me with the side of her eye and acting like i didn’t see her. Lol whatever, you are just pity people. This review won’t do anything but I hope this review finds the 3 ladies who worked there. One day you will run into a same situation and I hope you remember this. Life is what goes around,...

Starbucks as a company is horrible and disgusting. you cannot even get them to fill your own personal cup AKA a Hydro Flask with water unless you are purchasing something. Starbucks needs to be out of business, and people need to realize that they can get better-tasting, overpriced sugary caffeine from other companies at similar or better prices. Also I hope that the Starbucks corporate does not leave some stupid thing saying that I hope that if I have a problem to contact them. Because I already did and this is standard BS practice.

Update: it's very obvious that whoever posts the responses does not even read the reviews, because they posted saying that they hope I would reach out to corporate, which it says in my review that I already did that and this is just their standard practice.
