She has a wonderful smile and works very hard . And she cares a lot about CFA!! Her mgr is Diamond.She really has a great ENTIRE staff works w them so well...!

...go there often- at least once a week. ALWAYS perfectly sparkle-clean, and no cluttered, messy empty tabletops,,,EVER. Everything is top drawer quality; I esp. like the Heinz pull-top dipping style ketchup, and All the condiments are premium ( such as Smuckers jams, really good mayo and salsa, etc).. They definitely don't skimp on little things which make Big impressions. Even in the rest rooms, this carries through..(Nice dispensers, etc). Again, just shiny super clean...

I always get the Delux Chick-fil-a chicken--always golden brown w freshly baked bun- white or multi- grain. The only thing I have ever found is very little lettuce. Just one piece. Suggest you ask for xtra if it suits u. Prob chg ya, tho like 15cents..

The fries are waffle cut and superb. I'm not even sure if they have reg fries as the waffles are so good! And the "small" is substantial- plenty for me and about $1.69 I THINK... By the way, the sandwich alone is about $4.59 ish.. Great value for a really nice filet of breaded chicken. They have grilled chicken sandwiches, too, as well as custard-like ice cream and cones, as well as fruit sides. Breakfast too. I have never tried, though...

The Manager "MIKE" helped me tonight, as I had some minor feedback for him. He is an excellent people/ customer person,, as he said. "Thanks for bringing that to my attention". Good. Absolute right answer!! ..And I know next time I come in he will more than make it up to me-- hey nobody or no place is perfect, right? !!!

Usually, 3 or 4 people take care of me, most know me by name. "Joetta" is always super pleasant and smiling, " Logan" more than once has helped me with my rewards app ( get one asap- worth it--treats, sandwiches come fast..)."Devane" is a quiet, polite, efficient worker that has waited on me previously.. Then there is "Marlon"-- he is always happy; a great team member w a contageous smile..."Gracie" was my counter person tonight. She went to extra lengths to make sure my order was 100% right. "Joe" must be a manager, as he answers lots of questions for others. Diligent. He makes myself and all cust. feel like wanted, appreciated guests.

I have met the Chris, the owner- he oversees perhaps the best fast-casual experience in Scottsdale. He sends "just because" treats once in awhile.* UPDATE* Great service today, GRACIE WAS SUPERB!🌟Tks to Joe...

Was stuck in their drive-thru for 46 minutes orange cones up so no way out. Informed to pull up to iPads for my order to be taken, when I got up there they went black and never came back on. Kept flagging one person directing people up to iPads young man that I could not place my order and was trapped in the drive thru. He yelled from a few cars over just go up to the window they will take your order. So arrived at the window at 44 minutes wait time they said out of food. So after all this waiting being trapped in drive thru no food and they could not help me. Oh they did offer me a Kids Meal?? I was livid, left drive thru called restaurant asked for Mgr she would not take the call. Danielle apologized said they would send me something she took my info. Never received anything in the mail so again called back this time in the AM Manager (male) pushed call off to Gabby their marketing person?? Gabby said let me look into this and I promise to call you back by end of today. Nope, that didn't happen either waited 3 days I called Gabby back same song and dance she would send me out a voucher. Today is 2 1/2 weeks since then and no they don't follow thru on anything they say. Night I was there they were very disorganized young man attending to lane (only one open) was barely working, Mgr and other employee running out food were spending most of their time talking amongst each other while us customers were not being serviced timely. When I try to reach Gabby few times now she is always busy won't take call I leave my info she does not return the calls ever. Don't waste your time with this location they are awful. I must say Danielle was the only employee who apologized and said they were sorry. When speaking to Gabby no apology she doesn't follow thru on anything she says. If you deal with Gabby at this location plan on not getting any help from her. Out of all the employees who disappointed me with this experience Gabby has left the worst impression and this is their Marketing Manager. I have never experienced this at a Chick Fil A before only had positive experiences this was the worst. ...
