Wow where to begin. By no means am I a picky eater, or have unattainable expectations of wait staff, but this place was -spectacularly- bad.

My fiancee and I went for valentines dinner and selected from their prix fixe menu. You’d think having only a few options would simplify things, but this was far from the case. We waited over 20 minutes to even be greeted by our waiter, then it was another 15 minutes before the $7 bottle of water that only filled two glasses showed up and we weren’t notified of the cost of water. Another 30 minutes before our drinks we ordered showed up.

Then after we finished our first course (the only redeeming quality of this luxurious misadventure was the soup) they brought out dessert? After we mentioned we hadn’t had our main course, they brought out extremely undercooked steak (and I say that as an avid fan of a medium rare steak).

To top off this exceptional rigamarole, when they finally delivered the check, they brought the wrong one out and didn’t notice until I made mention of it. In hindsight I wish I kept the other bill as it was $20 cheaper. In addition, gratuity was already included so I couldn’t even reflect this disastrous service in what I paid.

My fiancee and I really wanted to enjoy this place, but we definitely won’t be back after our experience here at the grill. For spending over $250 on a meal for two, we...

Maybe I got an unlucky day but it seems to me when there are only two tables in the middle of the week at lunch you should be able to get the order right.

I went with two friends after golf to enjoy lunch. Both my friend and I and ordered the burger and he wanted it without the sauce and I wanted it without the bun, cheese and sauce and add mushrooms. When you order came he had sauce on his burger and then completely forgotten my mushrooms. Now, if this had been a busy afternoon with a restaurant full of customers I could understand. The problem was that we were one of only two tables and the order wasn't that difficult to figure out. Although the waiter was amazing it service, the kitchen, and waiter for not noticing, definitely blew this one completely. The burger was actually two thin patties that I found to be fairly land and a little hard to cut.

To make matters worse, when the bill arrived they had charged us for three burgers instead of two which completely caused confusion considering that there was no way the waiter was that busy to have made such an egregious mistake.

Next time I think I'll take my friends into town, after golf, to go find another...

Great service, food and prices. Most people that have left a review are obviously clueless to a fine dining experience. Keep in mind your on a 4 diamond resort and not at your local olive garden! So yeah prices will be up and no your food wont be out in 10 minutes. Also keep in mind what you order as some foods take longer than others. I use to be a chef at the Palo Verde on this resort and sometimes it does take a little longer as the kitchen is ran with only 3 of some of the finest, well-skilled chefs having to cook for dining room you sit in. While we enjoy serving you we may have a banquet going in one room, a couple VIP parties and on top of a wedding so we do the best we can to make all guests happy whether you're a...

Beautiful views, great atmosphere. Food was not good, took a long time and our waiter was pretty bad. 2 of our orders came out wrong, we told the food runner but they never told our server or did anything. After the food was dropped, Our waiter was no where to be found until after we finished eating 30 minutes later. Waters were empty, we never got a chance to order a second drink and we were there for almost 2 hours on a Friday night. Couple hundred bucks later, our party of 3 was not impressed at all. There are far better restaurants in the area, look elsewhere.

Came here for the first time over the weekend. The whole experience was great. We ordered Buffalo Chicken Wings (great smoky taste and good texture), Soft Pretzel Bites (really good tasting cheese), a Cheeseburger (cooked well and tasted great with great fries!), Pastrami Reuben (very good). We will absolutely be back! PS Thank you to the manager for not allowing an entitled boomer bring her dog in the dining room since it was obviously not a service dog. They did allow them to sit outside which I think it a great compromise. Us dog allergy people appreciate it!
