Update: post Covid- I’ve eaten my last meal from Brick Oven. I can no longer deal with the inconsistencies of the food and extremely long delivery times. Delivery times average 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours no matter what day or time you call. The inconsistencies in the food are mind blowing even with a basic round cheese pie. I literally got to the point of telling them to basically burn my pie because they were rushing the orders and the dough was completely raw and inedible. It’s so sad because they have the nicest delivery people and phone workers. The poor delivery drivers are probably taking 5-6 orders at a time so if you’re last then your food is going to be cold and soggy from the styrofoam containers. Totally not the delivery person’s fault and would still give them $100 tip anyway. Time to take my business elsewhere as I’ve given this place way too many chances to get things right but unfortunately they couldn’t. Completely different than my first review…..such a shame
First time ordering from this place and I decided on a delivery. First off the girl on the phone was amazing. Incredibly friendly and had that award winning type of personality. The delivery was fast and the delivery guy was also really awesome too. Super friendly and courteous. He actually came up into the building instead of having me come downstairs like some other places. Now the food, it arrived fresh and right out of the oven hot. I ordered a large vodka pie, spaghetti and meatballs and a tiramisu. The pizza was was seriously made to perfection. Everything was perfect in proportion and the ingredients were top notch. Definitely not cutting any corners here. Absolutely loved the crust and vodka sauce. So good! The spaghetti and meatballs were also delicious. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the meatballs were so juicy with a little crust on the outside. Sauce was dead on and the perfect amount. The garlic rolls arrived hot and fresh. The tiramisu was the perfect ending to an unbelievable meal. I was truly impressed with this place and will definitely be ordering from here again because I want to try the rest of their items. Definitely my new go-to place. By the way I’m not the easiest person to deal with and these guys definitely checked all...
Read moreOn 2/18/25 I ordered a large steak and cheese Stromboli with fried peppers and onions . The total came too $21.00 .
Last night on 3/1/25 I have ordered the same thing. This time with them price being $30.06 . I noticed it when I left the restaurant. I called and spoke to someone on the phone . When they first answered the phone they said “brick oven “ kitchen is closed . They are rude and very disrespectful. The guy that answered the phone had an attitude and very disrespectful. I explained to him about the price difference and he made every excuse in the book too come up with the $30.00 price . He said that they charge $3.95 per topping which is beyond ridiculous. Fried peppers and onions should be included as I ordered this before plenty of times and it was as no other charge . The food is not even the greatest . They keep putting the prices up and down on the Stromboli. When my husband was holding the box in the car he noticed all the greese coming out of the box onto his lap . Below is the picture I’ll prove it . This place is beyond disgusting anymore . The greese they made inside the Stromboli went through the pizza box into my husbands pants and into his boxers it was that greasy . The staff are horribly ignorant and come up with excuses of why the food changed so much in price within a 10 day period . I’d recommend nobody getting anything from this place . They are ignorant and the food is just disgusting anymore . The manager seems like he didn’t really care about the whole situation either and it got pushed too the back burner. You never should disrespect or treat customers the way this person did on the phone on last night . I’d recommend staying away from...
Read moreI’d like to start by saying that the vibes of this restaurant are immaculate. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, aromatic, and feels like something out of a dream. Choosing to dine here was easily the best decision I made today.
Our waitress was friendly, informative, and genuinely made us feel at home. I started with the fresh iced tea — perfectly balanced, not too strong or too light. My Chicken Marsala came with a choice of soup or salad, and I opted for the house special soup. It was absolutely full of flavor — truly one of the best soups I’ve had at a restaurant in a long time.
The garlic knots were delightfully garlicky — and as a garlic lover, I appreciated every bite. They reminded me of a cinnamon roll, but with fresh garlic and cheese instead of cinnamon — rich, warm, and unforgettable.
My Chicken Marsala leaned more toward the sweet side rather than the traditional savory flavor I’m used to, but it was still enjoyable and unique. The real star of the show, though, was the pizza. My partner is a true pizza enthusiast who’s tried nearly every pizzeria within a 10-mile radius, and this instantly became his new favorite. The cheese tasted fresh, the sauce had that perfect homemade quality, and the crust was simply bon appétit.
We’ll definitely be back. To the owner — congratulations on creating such a wonderful establishment. You’ve earned a couple of new regulars who will be happily recommending your restaurant to everyone we know!
