We're from PA originally, and finding GOOD pizza (non-bitter sauce, firm & stone-baked dough) is difficult in SC. We had slices only but were impressed. Well, Cartoni's is a winner for us! An employee said dough is made fresh daily. They need wait staff so you order at the counter entrance or by phone. Turns out the owner is from the Reading, PA area & used to own Ozzy's Family Fun Center on Route 61 outside of Leesport (my hubby's hometown).

If you love the pizza from Stefano’s, then Cartoni’s won’t let you down. Some true authentic Italian food. Antipasto salad is a little different than Stefano’s, it has bell pepper and iceberg lettuce, but still delicious. The baked bread with marinara was mouth watering. Philly cheese didn’t disappoint. More convenient to Lake City.

Was in the area so I stopped. Nice place, I ordered a Stromboli special. It was awesome. I haven't had Italian this good in a long time. The crust was perfectly done, the Stromboli was almost 2' long. Had a great taste and the sauce did not disappoint. The pricing was very fair. If ur close check this place out for sure.

My Wife and I recently enjoyed a meal there. Several times I have sought to go there and they were closed.

The menu looked great, but I took a safe route and tried their lasagna. My wife tried their Milano Chicken Pasta. The lasagna was good, nothing to write home about, very cheesy. My wife’s selection was out-of-this-world; one of the best Italian dishes I have ever eaten. The portions were very large. My wife’s dish could easily be shared by two.

Their salads were a step up from the usual side salad thrown in with the entree. It had a lot of different vegetables and things added. Their home-made Italian dressing was fabulous. The meals came with a side serving of toasted garlic bread. The bread was succulent – toasted to perfection, not too hard, not to soft, seasoned to perfection.

The waiter was great. Very attentive. He had a refreshing sense of humor. The whole experience was great. I would...

I give 0 stars, do not reccomend, but I'm requires to give at least one to leave this

Walked in at 7pm om a Saturday, and the first greeting wasnt hi, or how many, now our family of husband, wife two small kids and baby coming in from the rain consisted of the lady saying "let me see if we are taking anymore tables" she ran to the left and returned and told us there were no waitresses so they weren't serving anyone els . I asked, becuase the website said they closed at 10 and she confirmed that they do close at 10, but they just weren't taking anyone other than the two tables waiting for thier food because there were no more waitresses. We left, wet and hungry. Will not be giving a second chance. I'm all about second chances, but when you don't even want our business or offer to wait inside to make a take out order...... I'll...

Please stay away. And do not order from here after 7pm. There's only kids working there that do not give a crap about the customer. They give you what is instead of actually fulfilling the customer's wants. I've been dealing with them for years the food is getting nastier and smaller as time goes by. If you ask and pay for extra then you should get it regardless. I do not recommend ordering a sub from them unless it's during the day. The sub rolls are so hard you could bust a triple pane window with them. They tell you every time they have new bread. Lmfao no they do not. Same Ole stale bricks they been serving. The kids there do not give a crap about making us happy. Called them told them and all they said was ohhhh it was right. Come on kids. Please do not eat from this...
