Beach Deck Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Seabrook

We had a horrific experience at this place. I have never in my life left a bad review but I have never in my life been treated this way at a restaurant or anywhere else by both the waitress Deb and the hostess. What we thought would be a pleasant Saturday night dinner turned out into a total disaster. They told us the wait to sit was about 15 minutes so they can clean the table outside as it was very messy. We agreed. After seating we waited 25 minutes for the waitress Deb to come and get our drinks order. We were ready to order so we placed food order as well. 30 minutes later we noticed that people who came after us were getting their food but nothing for us. I asked the waitress to check and instead she went and chatted with the hostess, I kept watching her and she waited 10 minutes before going into the kitchen to check. She came and told us the food is still being prepared and she “can’t do it faster”. There were no apologies, no nice manners, nothing. My 7 year old child started crying from being hungry, now we’re 1 hour into waiting for our food from the time we placed the order, 1.5 hours since we sat down. There had been 3 tables ONLY inside and 2 outside and the hostess told us : I told you you had to wait. No, she said it will be 15 minutes until seating down. After being there until after 9pm since 6:45pm, we left, paying for the FULL bill with no apologies from anyone and wrapped our food to go. I should have refused the food and not pay, but instead I paid $120 for miserable service and food that just came out of the oven and was still bubbling so my kids couldn’t even eat in the car but had to wait another 10 minutes for it to coold down. All because of a rude, careless, mean waitress (and hostess) who seemed to have been committed to making our experience awful. She made remarks about my kid crying and being cold, saying to my 7 year old: “what are you talking about? Cold?” Nevet ever again. And I will leave this review everywhere for people to...

I want to give a big shout out to Kathy and Kristin our two amazing bartenders for the evening. My best friend and I were looking for a place to eat on Saturday (4pm) and stumbled upon this bar & grill on the corner of a little plaza. There was plenty of parking which is always a plus! We sat at the bar and were greeted with a warm welcome. I wanted to try their bucket drink but was torn between that and a blue Hawaiian. Kristin, without a flinch was like, I got you. She customized my 🍹 🪣 which was paired very nicely with their flaky and delicious fish sandwich & fries ❤️ My bestie had the chicken sandwich with a cucumber vodka martini 🍸 I believe. Oh, let me not forget the live music that started around 6 and that man sang us the best of the 80’s & 90’s.

Thank you ladies for such superb service, kitchen staff for delicious fresh hot food and Beach Deck Bar & Grill for creating this wonderful place that we’ll be back to frequent ❤️....

Do NOT get the 2 lobster tail cocktail app (dried out and tasteless, also not cleaned well)!

Do NOT get the whole belly clam plate (2times as many french fries as clams, and clams were over cooked and so chewy i never got to the point that i could swallow!).

Service person snappy and almost rude.

Took 3 (THREE!) tries to get kids their soda drinks (came out 2x as just seltzer water).

Asked for more ketchup, received one tub for the 4 of us.

Accompanying cole slaw was in a paper tub almost as small as the ketchup (it was tasty though).

Grandchild’s chicken tenders also a very small serving and dried out little nuggets!

Salmon piccata was good however, so not a total waste.

However value for price and service? Disappointing to say the least. Won’t be...
