McDonald's — Restaurant in Seabrook

This is by far one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s so consistently disappointing, I don’t even know where to begin… When I’m lucky enough to actually get what I order, I’ve received biscuits too hard to bite through, flat sodas, undercooked burgers, nuggets and fries that are old/cold, or completely overcooked plus they can’t seem to fill a fry box… (i used to order one med and one large, but both boxes held the same amount, soooo…. why would I pay more?) I went thru the drive thru this morning, with only one other vehicle ahead of me, and already at the window, I clearly placed my order for: 1 sausage McMuffin with egg, xtra sausage JUST the sandwich and 1 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal, xtra bacon…after I paid I was asked to pull ahead to wait while they prepared it. I should’ve checked, but I didn’t, and I took home one correct’ish and one incorrect sandwich. AGAIN! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I got a sausage biscuit with their ‘folded’ egg and extra sausage and a bac, egg, cheese biscuit with (I’m guessing) one extra half strip of bacon. So, I went to take the survey on the receipt and could not read the print well enough to enter the survey code properly (please get a new ink cartridge for these registers!!) And was unable to proceed. So here I am… warning you, the consumer, to choose anything, anywhere else! Don’t waste your money here unless disappointment is what you’re after! If you really have a craving for Mickey D’s, try the location on Spencer at Center St.. I’ve stopped here twice after working a night shift and was astonished at the difference! Best QP & FF ever was from this location! Sure wish Seabrook would get it...

This restaurant seems to be going downhill quickly.

This is the second time this McDonald’s has messed up my order. The first time I filed a complaint through Corporate, they said they couldn’t handle it that the store addressed the issues and will be in contact; this has yet to happen. Today, waited over 30 minutes for my curbside order. Had to go inside to stand and wait to be further ignored. The line inside was steadily growing. Finally an employee came out to get another persons order but walked away mid sentence. Numerous other customers had come in, waited and then left. I received my order and asked for a manager. The manager I spoke with was taking another customers order but I waited once again. I explained I waited over 30 minutes for curbside and that was unacceptable. The manager seemed to not really care. I addressed another issue; I explained that while waiting for my order I observed an employee consistently touching their face, nose, and mouth and then touching food and not once did they wash their hands. The manager asked me to point out who it was, which I gladly did. The manager said they would talked to that employee. Food I received was incorrect, wrong and missing items. Food was room temp and one sandwich was cold. Opening one sandwich we found hair with makeup one it (this is questionable, please see attached picture). This place is awful starting with the absolute despicable customer service and the filthy environment. It was great when it first opened but it didn’t take long for it to be a dump where no one cares and it shows in every corner.

I ordered breakfast on the app around 10:10 am and showed up right at 10:30 to pick it up and was told they aren’t making breakfast anymore. The cutoff is 10:30. I made it in time and it was too big of an inconvenience for them to make the food. Chick-fil-A mops the floor with you on customer service because they would NEVER do that to a customer. I KNOW because I have personally seen them sell breakfast a little past 10:30 because a customer was running late and serve a customer regular food they WEREN’T EVEN MAKING during breakfast.

And don’t even get me started on how I was greeted when I drove up. Third-world nonsense but what did I expect from a McDonald’s? Too much apparently.

This is it for me. This McDonald’s has made up my mind to never go to another McDonald’s again.

And clean the restaurant for God’s sake. The tables are greasy, half the time the ketchup dispenser is broken and napkin holders are empty. Your employees are lazy and managers...
