I went through the drive thru to find out that they were only accepting cash at the window. While I completely understand stuff like this happens, i mentioned to the barista that a sign about being cash only would be helpful at the front of the line. Her answer was that there was an ATM across the street. I mentioned being late for work and not able to go get cash. The result was a blank stare. I found some cash and was able to pay, but the barista took the money without saying anything and walked away. I understand stressful people and situations as I have worked in food service myself. I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Mr. Postman. The customer service was absolutely terrible. I reached out multiple times for assistance regarding a delivery issue, but every interaction left me more frustrated. The representatives were unhelpful, dismissive, and lacked basic professionalism. I waited on hold for long periods only to be given vague responses that didn’t solve my problem. Additionally, follow-ups were promised but never happened. If a company can’t treat its customers with respect or provide solutions, it’s not worth using their services.
